healthy & quick breakfast ideas:

➀ breakfast brownie:
✦ put 1 tbsp almond milk into a mug
✧ add 1 tbsp almond meal
✧ add 1 tbsp cacao powder
✦ add in 1 egg
✧ add in a little vanilla
✦ stir it all up
✧ microwave for 1-2 minutes
✦top with stevia or almond butter

➁ egg & avocado sandwich:
✦ heat a pan & spray oil so the egg won't stick
✧ cook two eggs & don't forgot to salt
✦ toast some wheat or any bread
✧ mash some avocado & spread on bread
✦ add the egg
✧ put on some salsa or ketchup ✦ put on another slice of bread

➂ banana oat pancakes:
✦ peel 2 bananas, break in half & put in blender
✧ crack one egg in blender
✦ add a couple shakes of salt
✧ add 1/8 tsp baking powder
✦ add 2/3 cup of oats
✧ add 2 tbsp of half & half cream
✦ blend mixture until smooth
✧ grease pan & heat stove then put batter on pan & flip & serve
