workout/fitness diys:

diy workout tank:
① cut off the sleeves, and neckline hem of a slightly oversized tshirt to form a muscle tee ② when cutting the sleeves follow the shape of a racer back tank top ③ take a piece of string and tie the back together (the fabric between the two arm holes in the back) ④ hot glue a bow in place of the string

diy exercise jar:
① label popsicle sticks with different exercises ② put them in a jar ③ decorate the jar if you'd like ④ when you go to workout choose some sticks randomly to change up your exercises.

diy headband:
① at the hem of your t-shirt (the bottom) cut out three strings of material (cuter with 3 different colored t-shirts) ② now braid them together and hot glue the two edges to the size of your head ③ to cover the overlap and glue, simply glue another small square of t-shirt material around the overlap. ④ to help it stay in, i recommend making s few got glue lines on the inside of the headband and letting it dry. when it drys it will stay in your hair better.

motivation board:
① print out or cut out [from magazines] any workouts, goals, healthy foods or motivational quotes
② now just tape them onto your wall or pin them into a corkboard

drink more water diy:
① on your water bottle draw a few lines in dry eraser marker or sharpie ② these lines represent times of day in which a certain amount of water should be drank ③ for example each line can be about an inch apart. the top line will mean that by 12:00 you should have that much water drunk already. the second line will mean that by 1:00 an inch of water should be drunk, etc.

inspirational yoga mat:
① in sharpie on the top of your yoga mat, write out your favorite quote! it will make your day and inspire you also.
