overnight oats:

☞ i'm literally obsessed with overnight oats. they're a simple, healthy and fast breakfast you make the night before.

☞ supplies/ingredients:
all you need is a mason jar, dry oats, milk and some honey or sweetener.

steps:
✧ pour as many dry oats into a mason jar as you would like.
✦ add an equal amount of low-fat, skim or almond milk.
✧ squirt a little bit of honey and stir.
✦ if you want to, add extra items such as fruit & nuts or wait until the morning.
✧ put the top on the jar and let sit in fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.
✦ add anymore toppings to them & mix in the morning.
✧ then they are ready and enjoy!

☞ i usually add cinnamon to mine, it makes it taste amazing and gives it a taste and you don't have to add anything else!

topping ideas:
✧ granola
✦ fruit, like bananas, strawberries etc.
✧ nuts, like almonds or walnuts etc.
✦ chai seeds
✧ berries, like blueberries & raspberries etc.
✦ spices, like cinnamon or nutmeg etc.

☞ to make sure it's as healthy as possible, use skim, low-fat or almond milk and limit the honey or sugar added.
