Why?

Chapter 9

POV: Macy

After Felicity finished helping me wash up she excused herself and went to the back of the foundry to make a phone call, to my guess Oliver. I took this as a chance so walk around. I carefully examined everything in the foundry, I looked at the arrow suit and the arrows. I then walked up to what looked like a pull up bar with different levels. I try to grab ahold of the bar but when I jump I feel a sharp pain to my side.

"It's called a salmon ladder" I turn to see Felicity standing there with a smile

"Cool, can you do it" I ask

"Nope, but Oliver can" she says and I just nod

"So what's the plan" I ask

"Well first of all, you need to take some more pain killers otherwise you are going to really be in pain, and I'm going to take you home" she says

"Home? Why can't I stay here" I ask

"Macy, you need to go home, I'm sure your parents are worried sick" she says

"I doubt they even noticed I was gone, and I want to see how the arrow thing works, and thank Oliver, and I help you out, I'm good with computers and I can solve stuff I mean I figured out who the arrow was and-" I started

"Macy" Felictity says shaking her head

"What?" I ask

"You really are like me, but, I'm sure your parents miss you, and we can meet up again and you can thank Oliver" she says

"Really?" I ask

"Yep, now come on come get some painkillers, and get you bag" she says

I do as I am told. Then we start up the steps out of the foundry. Once we get to the top I turn and look back down.

"Wow" I say astonished

"What?" Felicity asks

"It just amazing what you guys do, saving som many lives you guys are truly Heroes" I say

"I wish everyone could see things like you" Felicity says then motions me off of the stairs into the club. we walk to her car and then we begin driving towards my house.
