~Arlie P.O.V.~

After getting that text from Nelle, I instantly called her and asked what she needed from us to do to help support not just Lexis but her as well. The group text had been going wild to the point where so many messages were coming in at once, my phone froze for a brief moment. After getting through that freeze and talking with Nelle, we agreed that all of us coming down to the ER was going to be way too overwhelming and I wasn't trying to play babysit Varo while we were there. She had asked that those who wanted to be at the house were welcome and that she would let us know what was happening with him. If things were looking worse, then she'd have us come down but as for now we were all gathered at Lexis' house... it was a shit show because everyone was trying to guess what was going on, you had more people that were showing up as the night went on and it was just overall a mad house.

I was originally sitting in the living room next to DeShawn and Lauren but I needed to get some air and have a moment of peace. I got up from the couch and made my way through the house till I got to the back door and walked out onto the porch. Taking in a deep breath and continuing my way, ending up at the banister and looking out into what was the city view- well it was a small glimpse of it but it was nice to get outside. I'm trying to remain calm and be patient but like everyone else, I had a lot of questions and just wanted to know if he was okay.

"You doing okay?" I turned around to see it was Nitty who had walked up next to me. I dapped him and he joined me leaning up against the banister. "Soon as I saw the text, Nicole and I raced down from the Russian River over in Healdsburg. Heard anything as of late?" He asked calmly.

"I'm alright. I appreciate you coming down like that. It's just the waiting game and there's no new information. It's been about three hours now and I didn't wanna call Nelle or anything, just wanted to let her come to us when the time was ready." I liked Nitty a lot, not just because he treats Nicole right and all that jazz but he's just an individual that gives off a good vibe. He never goes looking for trouble or to pick a fight with someone, he goes with the flow and when something is wrong, he calls it out but always in a respectful manor. Not too many people are like that and that's what makes me like him. "It was too much chaos in the house of people panicking when we don't know the whole story. That's why I'm out here." I continued to say as I watched him pull out a blunt from the chest pocket of his red and black flannel.

"I know. I set one foot in there and I headed right back out." He said with a small laugh. "You think we're gonna be getting more texts like that in the future?"

"I would hope not. That's why I wanna know the background behind this. Was he just in bed and suddenly became unresponsive? Nelle was being really vague about it- I'm not sayin' she did bad by being vague, I understand she was probably shocked and had every thought imaginable race through her mind."

"That's scary though." He breathed out with plenty of smoke to follow. Whatever he had in that blunt was clearly good quality. Smells like something from the trap to be honest.

"They're home!" I heard Trey call out and in that instant the house went eerily silent. Nitty and I swiftly headed back inside and stopped just short of the kitchen where I saw Lexis come walking in with Nelle supporting him by holding onto his upper arm. He didn't look happy in the least bit, that was the first thing I caught onto to. Then Ty came in next holding a large paper bag with what sounded like various medication bottles rattling around. Lexis brought his eyes up to mine and I already knew what was to come and it wasn't good.

~Lexis P.O.V.~

He knew. Arlie knew exactly what was going through my head and I didn't even have to say a word or move a single facial muscle. I looked around and saw plenty of emotional eyes staring back at me.
