-BEEP- -BEEP-.

I jolted up right in bed, alert from the sound that I wasn’t expecting. Of course, after I recovered from my little blond moment, I realised that it was just my alarm telling me I had to get up.

I turned it off and dragged myself to the bathroom to get washed and dressed.

As planned, a dressed in my black leggings, white vest top, black vans and black leather jacket. I added my toiletries to my suitcase and some make-up after I’d applied it.

I grabbed my mini Superdry bag that had my phone, keys, purse and sunglasses in. I hauled my case down the stairs and made myself a cup of tea whilst waiting for Michael. Surprisingly, I was early for once. I was second to none to being late for things.

I sipped my tea in the darkness of the kitchen in an eerie silence whilst my thoughts wandered by themselves. I wonder what the Real players are like. I will get to meet them, I always get to meet the opposing team players. I don’t make a big deal of it though, I normally just stay in the background and only speak when I’m spoken to.

After about 5 minutes of darkness and luke-warm tea, my phone buzzed, signalling that I had a text.

I looked at my phone and it read:

I’m outside now.

Michael<3x

He was so sweet to me. I smiled and turned off all the lights before going outside and locking the front door.

Michael got out of the car to meet me. He smiled at me and took my case from me and put it in the boot.

I climbed into the passenger seat of his warm, black Range Rover. The heated seats were on and I snuggled down into them.

‘’enjoying the seats are we?’’ he smirked at me when he shut his door

‘’just a little’’ I smiled

‘’you all packed then, got everything?’’ he said whilst driving to the airport

‘’yeah, I think’’ I shrugged

‘’I’m proud of you for getting up this early’’ he smirked at me and I laughed

‘’gee thanks Michael, that’s a big achievement for me’’ we shared a laugh.

We soon arrived at the airport in which we drove round the back where we were instructed to go. All the other player’s cars were back there and there were security guards left right and centre.

Me and Michael got out of the car and he handed the keys to a I guess shofar who would park it with the others.

Michael got my case out of the boot for me and I thanked him before he got his.

I stood close to Michael as we made our way into the airport and towards the huge pool of United players and officials who were travelling with us.

I suddenly felt really sick.
