I woke up bright and early as it was game day. Last night was really sweet with Cristiano, he’s such a nice guy. Me and Michael are still not talking and I don’t like it. He’s my best friend and I can’t go much longer knowing that he hates me. It’s actually painful.
I got dressed into some shorts and a top and my converse. I put my hair in a ponytail and added light make-up. I on the bed waiting for Eva to finish getting ready before we can go to the Bernabeu. You know I said I woke up bright and early? Well to me that means 1 in the afternoon. We weren’t even out till late last night, I just like sleeping. Michael knows that…
We decided to skip breakfast and go straight to the ground. Eva drove us whilst we both sang along to the radio, the song playing was ‘Locked Out of Heaven’ by Brno Mars.
‘’hey don’t you think Chicha looks like Bruno Mars?’’ I asked over the noise of the radio. She thought for a minute
‘’yeah, yeah he does! We should totally get a giant cardboard cut-out of Bruno and then stand him next to Chicha and see if we can tell the difference!’’ we both chuckled.
Once at the Bernabeu, I put on my sunglasses and we got escorted inside. On the way to the lounge where we wait before the game, I bumped into Cristiano.
‘’Als!’’ he said with a big smile on his face. I nodded and Eva who went on without me.
‘’Hey Cris’’ I smiled back as we pulled each other into a hug.
‘’you feeling okay today? I wanted to help you last night that’s all’’ he shrugged
‘’Yeah, I’m feeling better about the whole twitter thing, but me and Michael is ruining me. I hate not talking to him and knowing that he hates my guts. It makes me so sad.’’ I said, fighting back the tears that were going to fall any second.
‘’I understand, you want to go out for a drink after the game? Just us?’’ he asked, awkwardly rubbing the side of his neck
‘’Yeah, that’d be nice’’ I smiled at him
‘’I’ll come and meet you in the lounge when the games over yeah?’’ I nodded
‘’yeah’’ I grinned.
‘’great’’ he grinned back. He placed a hand on my waist and softly kissed my cheek. ‘’Adios, chica’’ he turned with a wink.
