Dragon Ball Xenoverse: Evolution and The Chrono Squad

Part 3/Chapter 9: A Journey's Conclusion

           Neron, Zana, Vex and Coup were all dead on the ground, defeated. The others went by Evolution to help him out, but Kuju urged everyone to not intervene. This fight was going to be him and Evolution alone, and no one was going to get in the way, and Evolution was fine with this. Evolution turned into Super Saiyan God, and began to lock hands with Kuju. They quickly backed away from each other and began trading blows with each other, causing huge quakes in the area. The battle was growing more and more intense as each second was passing by. Kuju was through with everything getting in his way to conquer all of time, he was going to end it all, right here, right now. Kuju knocked Evolution away with a super strong kick, to prepare his ultimate attack, Timespace Impact. This was his most devastating attack, he was drawing energy from the giant Rift above Conton City, and the ki that was still in the bodies of the dead Rift Slayers, and made two big ki orbs in his hands. Kuju then took the orbs, and combined them together. Evoltuion quickly gathered all of the ki he had, and charged up a move that he created called, the Conduit Cannon. The two attacks clashed at each other, causing a stalemate. Evolution started to lose the clash fast because he didn't have enough ki to keep the attack alive. Conduit Cannon was a move that relied a lot of ki, and without ki, the move is useless. Just as Evolution was starting to lose the clash, all of the members of the Chrono Squad started giving him their ki. Evolution started to rise up and make the ground shake. Kuju was wondering what was going on. But then, Evolution used all of the ki to go past Super Saiyan God, and reach a new form beyond that. He reached Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan, or Super Saiyan Blue. Kuju's time had finally ran out Evolution gave one final push to the Conduit Cannon, and Kuju was consumed in the blast, his body was gone, and from that, the bodies of the other Rift Slayers disappeared. It was all over, the Rift Slayers were done, and the invasion was over. The Chrono Squad became victorious as the sky turns back to normal, and the holo-statue reappears to show the spitting image of Evolution, as he was the one who took down Kuju, and saved Conton City. The Chrono Squad gathered any other survivors that were still around. Evolution, along with Eva, ended up finding a couple of kids that had survived. It was an Earthling named Kosuke, and a Namekian named Doku. They both thanked Evolution and Eva for saving them. Everyone was gathered in the center of Conton City to congratulate the Chrono Squad for saving all of time and space from the Rift Slayers. Evolution then stood forward, and stated to everyone that if the Rift Slayers ever makes a return, then the Chrono Squad will make sure to take them down for good. After the Chrono Squad's victory celebration, we move through time, many, many years later. There stood Evolution, older than before, telling the story of the Chrono Squad, to his wife Eva, the kids Kosuke and Doku now older, and Evolution and Eva's daughter, Evelyn. Evelyn asks her father what happened to the Time Rift that was above the city. Evotold Evelyn that a group of Patrollers had created a makeshift Time Crystal to close the Rift, and had it contained in a disclosed location that only he and the a few original Chrono Squad members know. Evelyn, Kosuke and Doku were all in awe of the story that Evolution had told them. He even told them that they all have an open spot on the Chrono Squad, and when the time comes, they will make their debut. Evolution has finally finished his duties, he helped create and lead a team, found his father, and has now settled down with a family of his own, and students of his own. He finally gets to live the life he wanted, and when anyone else tries to disturb time once again, Evolution and the Chrono Squad will return, once again. THE END
