Reefer Rick

During the night the two girls didn't sleep or eat and the next morning they rushed and went to the store where Steve works "Family Video"
"Hi Steve" enters Vivien and immediately slamming the door and takes a piece of Steve's snack
"Sorry I'm starving" she says with her mouth full.
"Hey hey hey, that's my- whatever..."

"What happened? Are you sure you're feeling all right" Robin was at the store too.

"R-Robin? You're here?"

"Let's just say I need some money between school and everything, so" she had no idea that Robin and Steve were working together.

The sound of the radio transmitting the news hits the ears of the two girls. The Hawkins police in fact talked about an alleged murder in a van, the victim was a teenager from Hawkins high school.
"What the fuck..."
"Wait Vivi, it's...that's  Eddie's van," Max asks. No, it's not possible.
"What? No, I don't think it is". Vivien and Maxine slowly turn to each other with a look of concern mixed with confusion
"Last night... the screams. Vivi"

but are shaken by the rushing entry of Dustin
"JESUS CHRIST" Vivien yells

"You heard there was a murder."
"We don't have time for this. How many phones do you have?"
"Um... with Keith's on back three, why?" Robin replies
"Perfect, it can work" Dustin climbs over the counter
"What are you doing? No no no no, dude, the tapes!" Steve exclaims

Dustin approaches the computer and sits down ignoring the disaster he had just made
"I'm setting up a base of operations."
"Base of Operations? What do you need it for?"
"For the numbers of Eddie's friends."
"Oh right, Eddie, the club, the friend you think he's cooler than me"
"I didn't say that!"
"BOYS, stop" shouts Vivien

"Girls seriously, are you okay?" Steve asks to Vivien and Max
"Max and I... we were at Max's house last night we heard something"
"Of what kind?"
"The lights started turning on and off at the beginning, and then the TV too. I mean, this kind of things happens a lot in my house, we live in a shitty place, but... but i thought-" Max starts explaining the situation
"The demogorgan , the upside down" Vivien interrupts her
"And then a scream of terror from the van of the Munsons. Eddie ran into the car and started driving like a crazy"
"As usual" Adds Dustin as he hacks into the computer
"Dustin, it was different... he was scared"

After various searches Max says
"Guys, I may have a lead. Looks like Eddie's getting the drugs from a guy named Reefer Rick and he sleeps at his place sometimes."
"Where does this Reefer Rick live?"
"No one knows. It Sounds more like a legend"
"What's his last name?" Dustin asks
"I have no idea"
"The police will know his last name no? If this Reefer Rick is really a drug dealer, surely he was caught several times so it is in the their system"
"Really Steve? You suggest this?" asks Dustin
"I mean, we should let them know what we know."
"You think Eddie's guilty, don't you?"
"Eddie is innocent" Vivien exclaims and suddenly falls the silence

"And how do you know that?" Dustin turns around to look at Vivien
"He would never do such a thing I'm more than sure," Vivi says, but she doesn't know if she really believes in it or if she's trying to convince herself "No guys it doesn't matter, it's better if we keep investigating. Maybe Steve could focus instead of flirting with every pretty girl who walks into the store."

"Hey guys, maybe we don't need a last name," says Robin as he approaches the computer "There are twelve registered Ricks, well then let's narrow it down"

"So, let's see. Rick Alderman, Annie and Dumbo. Is our Rick a family man? " Robin asks sarcastically
"Improbable" replies Max
"Okay, Rick Joiner. Behind the mask, Footlose and Grease."
"No" they all say in unison, after a few attempts they find the most likely
"Rick Lipton. Crazy, Cheech & Chong's next movie, Nice dreams and Up in Smoke"
"Bingo!" Dustin exclaimed
"Lipton?" Max asks
"Yes, like tea. 2121 Holland Road"
"At the lover's lake. A perfect hiding place." Vivien replays looking at Steve.
