"LET'S GO! RUN!" Dustin yells as soon as a flock of bats point at them

"EDDIE, HURRY! Run!" and Vivien as she pulls the boy by the sleeve of the vest
"FUCK!"
"GO! Eddie!"

"Hurry up, come on!" the younger boy says opening the van door violently and slamming it behind him.
"You've been the most metal ever!" he exclaims but at the same time tries to take a breath "And you, Vivien, i didn't know you could...i didn't aspect that"

"Thank you, kid." The girl responds as she catches her breath jokingly hitting him on the shoulder

"WE KILLED IT!" Eddie exclaims jumping with the guy while Vivien smiling rolls her eyes
"You know, you should wear this bandana more often. It fits you perfectly." the girl says admiring the boys face framed perfectly by curls.
Eddie immediately softens at that touch.
What strange power does this girl have over him?
"I never want you to stop looking at me like you're doing now." he whispers, taking her hand and placing the back on his cheek

"I have a feeling you're forgetting you're with a 14-year-old boy." Dustin ironically points to himself, "I like you, for God's sake, but how about flirting later?"

They stop when they notice the beasts surrounding the van "Fuck! They're surrounding us" Vivien notices

"Weapons! Weapons!" Dustin rushes to retrieve them.
They all look around sighing heavily, the agonizing sounds of the bats and the thunders don't calm the situation.

They are all three back to back and turn around making sure nothing happens, Eddie for anxiety holds the free hand of Vivien who turns to comfort him with her gaze.
"I should be used to this..."
"Hey pieces of shit!" Dustin continues yelling "You won't have us easily!"

"Shh! Is that really necessary?" Eddie whispers as he glances at the younger boy

"Dustin. We don't want to be heard right now." Vivien says lookin at the the outside pointing the spear in the air in defense

"They're on the roof..." Eddie sighs concerned as he hears noises
"Fuck, fuck, fuck!"
"The duct? The noises come from there." the girl hypothesizes pointing with the spear a duct under the ceiling
"They can't get in from there, can they?" Dustin asks, taking a few steps back but he doesn't stop talking that one crosses the duct "OH FUCK!"

"Son of a bitch! Go to hell!" Vivien yells rushing to kill with the lance the strange beast and the other two help her

"Eddie, Eddie! Help us!" Dustin howls as Eddie steps away
"Move!" he climbs into a chair and stops them by planting the shield in the duct "FUCK!"

"Oh...well done." Vivien sighs leaning against the sofa for calm herself down a little
"Thank you."
"Are there any other ducts?" the younger boy asks looking anxiously at Eddie

Eddie first looks at Vivi and "SHIT."
They all pick up the weapons that near the ground, immediately run to the back in Eddie's room to avoid other entrances but they don't make it in time that a wave of bats overwhelms them blurring Vivien's view. Her hands are occupied by a shield and a spear blocking her face in case one of the creatures approaches her.
"Fuck!" Eddie yells pushing the guys behind him and slamming the door
"Shit, shit, shit" Dustin swears anxious.

"THE DOOR DOESN'T HOLD!" Vivien yells as the bats begin to beat on the door violently. The wooden door begins to break because of the strong pressure. Eddie looks frighteningly at the girl before nodding his head to the rope and yelling "LET'S GO! LET'S GO!" looking back at the door

"GO DUSTIN!" Vivien first helps the kid to climb holding his foot with her hands "COME! COME ON" and then Eddie helps her
"PLEASE VIVI HURRY!"

The two land on the mattress on the opposite side, getting up as fast as they can as Eddie climbs up. Vivien begins to go crazy with anxiety.
"EDDIE HURRY!" Dustin yells clapping his hands
"COME ON! EDDIE! You're close, please, get on!" yells the desperate girl but Eddie seems to stop, change his mind and slowly slip. Vivien can swear she felt her heart stop.

"EDDIE! What are you doing!?" Dustin screams
"Buy more time!"
"No Eddie, no way. We're not leaving without you!" She begs as the tears begin to wet her eyes when she sees the boy cut the rope with his spear.
"Eddie. I swear to God, come back here!" She still screams in vain when the cut rope falls into her arms
"I'm sorry..." he says, staring into her eyes with an air of fear, sorrow and love, and runs out of the van.

Vivi's heart had stopped and his voice was broken at the boy's gesture. He has just been sentenced to death, a horrible and gruesome death. For no reason.
If this is a nightmare, wake me up now.
"No, no, no..." she whispers, sinking for a moment on the floor. She puts her hands in her hair and then on her face wet with tears, "I have to go to him."

"What!?"

"Dustin, hand me that chair," she orders, pointing to a chair and furiously throwing the mattress against the wall. The boy gets obese
"You stay here." she says in a serious tone, staring into his eyes with her lips flickering
"No way! I'm coming with you!"
"DUSTIN! Please, you have to stay safe. I have to go after that asshole." She says as tears bathed her face, the little boy, also with his eyes shiny, nods slowly
"Hey...I know, I know this wasn't the plan. But now we're in it. When I get back here, Eddie will be with me, okay?" she tries to console him with a hand on his shoulder
"Save him..." the boy sobs
I'll do my best, kid.
She pulls up tears with her nose quickly to try to look strong, but she's not "Three. Two.. .uno." she jumps and falls to the ground on the other side with a thud screaming for the pain.
