As December came by, Valentina have always checked Leon, and every since Valentina have left him to go back to her house,Leon has been thinking about her lately.
Valentina sat at her couch, reading a book, while she received a message from someone, Leon have been calling her lately and texting her, Leon didn't want her leave just yet, especially when the day passed by and Valentina was leaving him cause she needed to go back at her house and take care of it.
That one time he was hugging her legs before she walks out the door, telling her the reasons why she shouldn't leave him yet, Leon wanted to see her and hug her a lot, Valentina knew it, Leon was been acting strange lately, especially the way she hugs her, but Valentina pushed that feeling away, Leon wouldn't have that feeling towards her right?
Leon once thought that relationships are indeed cheesy and cringe, and once he slowly gain feelings towards her, he'd pushed that feeling multiple times, cause he didn't want want to fall in love yet, Although Leon have moved on with that feeling away now, since December had came by, all he have to do was to text and call her, they'd make long conversation, morning until night, but he'd usually send a bunch of messages to Valentina while she works at the flower shop.
Although Valentina wouldn't mind it at all, it was her first time seeing Leon to act like this, although Leon would stop texting her if she didn't replied to any of his messages, it was Friday, and Valentina was still working at the flower shop, Oliver was having his cashier time and while Valentina was assisting the other customers.
During this time Oliver and Valentina would make short conversation, both of them are very focused of their jobs, Valentina was polite at the customers the same as for Oliver, the boy often times see Valentina something like a sister and a mother image, cause she was kind towards him, and that one time they go to the restaurant, she didn't think of negative stuff towards Oliver she was focused at the desserts, Oliver described her, a very good person, kind, and mostly gentle, almost like she was pure and didn't let anyone do bad stuff towards her, and she was beautiful at the same time.
As hours passed by, Oliver and Valentina would switch places, They would do that and go there, do this, and go do that again, honestly, Oliver and Valentina wouldn't find their job boring, since the customers here would visit daily, and especially Valentine's Day, Summer, Christmas, many customers would came by, they'd be buying many flower plants, usually it's a gift and sometimes Valentina would pack things and make some bouquet and give it to the customers.
As night came by, it feels like Cold wind would pass by sooner or later, Valentina was closing the blinds, turning the sign on "Closed", Valentina was already wearing her camel coat, under her coat she was wearing a long sleeve, as Valentina and Oliver got out the shop, Oliver wanted to repay something, as he follow Valentina behind, tapping her shoulder.
"We should go to a restaurant, since it's evening, and don't worry I'll pay." Oliver said while Valentina stopped walking before she gets into her car.
"That would be good, plus after all I was hungry earlier." She said while Oliver than just nodded, soon enough Oliver joined Valentina at her car, she was the one who was driving, both of the two would create a conversation until they reached the restaurant.
As both of two got in, Valentina was ordering up the same as Oliver, Valentina didn't want Oliver to pay the meal, she did have an idea, that both of them would gather both each others money until they payed it up.
In a way to return something before they have their holiday week, Oliver in the other side wanted to give her something before Christmas hits, and he didn't wanna leave her without a present.
"Hey Oliver." Valentina said while smiling at him, Oliver was confused, the woman probably have something in her mind, as she pulls something at her bag.
"Here.." she than gave something to her, it was something, it was a gift, it was wrapped very well, Oliver was surprised by this, taking it.
"Thank you." Oliver said while being amazed by the gift, there was a letter at the back of the present.
"Read it when it's Christmas already alright? You should open it once Christmas came by." She said while smiling, the waiter than gave the meal at the table, as Valentina get a spoon of the food, Oliver was looking at her, he did have a gift for her.
Oliver than pulled something at his bag, While Valentina was still eating, he putted something, there was carton box already wrapped, Valentina noticed something.
"Here, it's for you." He said giving it to her, Valentina than take it, guessing whats the present.
"What is it?" She questioned
"It's a secret, open it up when it's Christmas alright?" He said, while getting a spoon of the food.
