-----Chapter Thirteenth-----

As both of them arrived at the hotel back, since all of them have decided to go back and rest, it was already night, the others have come back to their hotel rooms, the same for Leon and Valentina.

"Are you going for a swim again?" Leon questioned, Valentina was preparing her usual swimsuit, and a towel, "Yeah I'll go, wanna go with me or do you want something before I go?" Valentina answered him back and at the same time questioning him.

"I don't want anything, I'll go with you." Leon said, for some reason Valentina felt like she was a kid, while Leon was the babysitter, it felt she needed a guard everytime, she'll talk about it later on.

A few other people was outside going on for a walk, and some of the others are inside of the hotel, Valentina have changed already, putting her towel at the pool chair, she had also got herself a drink.

"You know Leon, you act like a guard or something like a babysitter." Valentina finally said while taking a sip of the drink she had bought, "I just feel safe around you." Leon said, he had sat close from her, Valentina just nodded as her own answer.

She than jumped at the pool, she had enjoy swimming at the pool when it's night, it was just perfect feeling for her, pulling herself at the side of the pool.

"Leon it's better if you confess to her immediately." Every since Andrew said that, it's encouraging him to confess to her early, seeing her all alone at the house reading books, it is indeed peaceful for Valentina, but Leon wanted to join her at reading.

Seeing her eyes at the book being all focused he likes it, and especially when she's busy with studying he find it attractive towards her, and especially she was talented, arts and music many things, but he wasn't sure if Valentina would also like him back, it's much more better confessing rather than not, it's worth a shot even though people get rejected.

Valentina than sat at one of the pool chairs, while Leon is focused on his thoughts, Valentina wanted to say something, about that night with Benjamin, she just felt like saying it to someone since Alessandro only knows it.

"Benjamin was drunk back then." Valentina started, making Leon snap out of his thoughts, "What?" Leon than looked at Valentina, he was confused, "Benjamin was drunk, he kissed me." Valentina said she was focused looking at the floor avoiding Leon's disappointing and disgusted expression, when he isn't even disgusted or disappointed.

"I don't care about Benjamin, whatever he do to you, he shouldn't have kissed you." Leon said, he does have to admit he did felt sadness inside him, he had looked at Valentina, it felt like she doesn't have feelings after saying that, her hair was wet due from water of the pool.

It felt like Benjamin treated Valentina like a weak woman, something like a "comfort woman" Leon felt wrong about it, it's better if you treat a woman right, such as by being there for them, and protecting them, it's just that he hears those words when a woman is being brave and confident especially independent, by saying things like "A woman should not wear clothes like that." And there was more comments, about that comment that he made then he would be sorry, but still he shouldn't have kissed Valentina.

But still Benjamin have gain a better version of himself after that night, so him and Valentina must be on good terms.

He didn't wanted to destroy this moment, he doesn't have anger towards him or just want to piss off and leave Valentina, "Let's just forget it, still Benjamin was just drunk, he had probably forgotten about that night." Valentina said, she had felt sorry for herself, for Leon, for Benjamin.

"He was only drunk, because of his own ex-girlfriend broke up with him, her name was Ashely, she said that she can't feel the spark from both of them." Valentina added, being quiet after that, she than take a sip of the drink, "Forget about what happened that night Ophelia-" Leon wanted to finish his sentence, but Valentina than cut him off.

"I'm sorry." Valentina finally said, she was sorry all the time, sorry that night happened she had to go at Benjamin's house, she just felt weak towards it everytime she remembers what happened that night, she just wanna tell The Gods to undo what had already happened, but it was too late she can't undo it.

"You shouldn't apologize, it's Benjamin's fault, he was just drunk, now forget about it." Leon said, while for Valentina she just nodded, dipping herself at the pool, Leon have watched her, doing the same she does.

"I have something to say." Leon said, Valentina felt confused making her answer him back, "What is it then?, Say it." Valentina said, the moon was shining at the sky, surrounded by dark clouds above, the stars are also shining, like a small white dots.

Then again, Leon badly wanted to say it, he wanted Valentina to understand it, "The Moon is beautiful isn't it?" Leon said Valentina felt confused cause of this, but she already knew what she's gonna say "It is indeed." Valentina answered him back.

Both of them are close at each other just at the side of the pool, Leon was just getting closer to her, Valentina have noticed this, he had put his right hand, under her chin Leon have put "Can I?" Leon questioned, Valentina already knows it, nodding as her own answer.

Leon than put his lips to her, he had admired her a lot, he didn't knew that Valentina will agree to it, Leon felt it, her soft of lips at his, both of them have pulled each other from a part, taking a breath.
