"Then don't tell him!" Imee raked her fingers on her hair, leaning one arm and angled the other on her waist.
"Should've thought of that before barging into Leni's office," she clicked her tongue. "Malalaman at malalaman niya rin, Manang. Hindi tanga at inutil si Bongbong para hindi ma-sense ang asta ng dati niyang asawa. Might as well Leni would come running down to Bong and ask for help."

Nagulat si Bongbong nang nakita ang dalawang panay ngiti sa kanya, "Is...there something I should know? Bakit parang anlalapad ng nga ngiti niyo dyan? May nangyari ba?"
"Ha? W-wala, wala..." Imee faked a chortle. "Nothing really notable. Siguro ano...steady lang yung numbers mo sa mga surveys ngayon kaya yay!"
"Ba't ka nga pala napadalaw, Bongets?" Irene asked him.
"I should be the one asking you that," he muttered. "Dapat nasa RTC ka ngayon ah."
"I needed to pick up legal documents from Ate Imee," she answered back. "E ikaw? Anong ginagawa mo dito?"
"Galing akong Uniteam headquarters, pagdating ko wala na akong naabutan. Do you know where they possibly went?" Bongbong queued.
"You're going back to rallying? Bukas pa ang balik mo diba?" Imee was intrigued.
"Wala naman akong ibang magawa. Louise is at Paris kaya I can't move forward with the wedding preparations. Baka ikagalit pa niya kung ako magdedesisyon ng lahat," he reasoned out.
"Speaking of Louise..." Irene checked up her phone. "Did you see her IGs? She's been out partying last night, mukhang binalatuhan siya ng bridal shower ng mga Europeana niyang friends."
All Bongbong decided to do was pretend everything's fine between them both. Therefore, he replied, "Yeah, I know. She called me last night to inform me."
"Oh, e pano ka naman? Ayaw mo bang mag-bachelorette party?" Imee butted into the conversation.
Bongbong clicked his tongue, about to make a half-joke, "Isasabay ko na lang sa victory party."
