I'm at home by myself when I receive a text from Roger asking me to meet him at the agency. I thought I had finished work for the week, but it seems I'm going back. The house has been rather quiet since my wives are at work and the kids have moved out.

Val suddenly left with Deleena to go to India for the summer. I feel a bit upset that she left without asking and chose to take a commercial flight instead of our private jet. I don't know who was flying the plane or if they had good reviews.

Picking up my keys, I walk to my car and drive to the agency. Upon arriving, I approach the door for my section and enter the code to unlock it. As I walk in, I see Roger.

Ever since Olivia left, he's been keeping tabs on her because he can't talk to her but wants to make sure she's okay. I don't blame him.

"Hey," I say, taking a seat across from him and glancing at the screen he's staring at.

"What's up?"

"Not much, really. Why did you call me here? What happened?"

"I thought I'd tell you first so you could inform Rayden," he replies, standing up to change the screen to a police report. It's a missing person report. I look closer and see who it is. "I know it'll be tough for her, especially after losing Olivia."

"How is she missing? I thought she was at the summer program?" I continue to examine the report.

"We thought so too. This report has been out since a week after her disappearance. Josie was the one who asked us to look, and we found this. The last place she was seen at was an... um, an abortion clinic," he hesitates to say the last part. I sit back for a second, looking at the screen displaying Malia's report. "Your house was the only other last place that Malia had been, so you guys were suspects, but we cleared that up."

"When she was at our house, she and Rayden got into an argument about Olivia. Malia tried to tell her something, and Rayden went off on her and told her to leave. She said some messed up shit," I explain. "It was a family night, so we all heard everything, and the last thing Malia said was that she was leaving."

"Do you think the thing she wanted to tell Rayden was that she was pregnant and having an abortion? It says here she went through with it. I would say it was the argument that caused her to want to abortion, but the appointment was made before she even arrived at your house." He clicks on her records, looking at more information.

"Now that I think about it, I knew she looked scared the entire time she was there. I figured it was because she was walking on eggshells around Rayden since Liv left. She didn't even freak out when Ray was shouting in her face. Ray never gets mad, so you know it was terrible." I sit back, taking in the situation. I was high at that moment when everything happened, so nothing was really hitting me yet, but looking back, I realize now I should've noticed something was off.

"What did Rayden say?"

"She basically said that Malia wasn't important to her and that it was Malia's fault that Olivia was gone, that she was only using her for sex, and now that Olivia's gone, she doesn't need her. She also said how it was Liv who brought Mini into the relationship, and now she was trying to be a wanna-be girlfriend." I recount most of what my daughter said that day.

Roger shakes his head. "Man, if I were Malia, I would've knocked Rayden's teeth out."

"You should've seen what Val and the rest of the fam did," I say with a smirk still on my face.

"Well, what are we meant to do? Josie doesn't want to stop looking for Malia. She was here last night asking tons of questions, and this is what I just found."
