Mirror Kingdom- Waterfall

-Remember this waterfall, where you wished for something?

-Im gonna find out what you wished for, right now,- he dragged Devina closer.

-No! Stop! Let me go!- she almost scream.

-Are you afraid of what i might see?

-Im not!- she continued to scream,- let me go!

-Well then, let's do this,- he carried Devina bridal style down the steps to the bottom of the waterfall.

When they reached it, he didn't let Devina go, but started to walk towards the water.

-What are you doing?

He walked in the water, not listening to Devina and her screaming, he carried her till they were deep enough, and then he put her on her feet.

Water was cold, and she was soaking, but so was Demos. He reached for Devinas hands, and took them in his.

-So, let's see what you wished for.

Devina remembered what she wished for, and she wished she hadn't.

Demos had his eyes closed, his hands entwined with hers, as he saw images of her wish passing by his eyes.

-Cheeky,- was all Demos said.

Devina wished for the masked guy to kiss her again, and now when she knew it's Demos, she wanted to choke and cry at the same time.

-As the waterfall wants, i will fulfill your wish.

-No, i changed my mind,- Devina tried to explain.- i don't want this anymore!

She talked to the waterfall.

-Please, erase it! Please,- her eyes started watering, and Demos leaned closer, first kissing the tear on her cheek.

-The wish must be fulfilled,- Demos said, but instead of kissing Devina, he gave her a hug. The type of hug, that gives you warmth and love.

-Why?- Devina whispered.

-What?- Demos whispered back.

-You are a king... i don't want this. Why me?

-I don't know, Devina, but i do know, that in some ways i wished for you a long time ago. And maybe, when i wished for you, you weren't born, and maybe even your parents weren't born.

He watched the water slowly flowing, it made him calm.

He felt the attention of the flowers surrounding the water fall and he spoke.
