-Do you think, i shouldn't have?- Devina asked Ruby.

-Well, i know, that you two have feelings for each other, but i thought, you were not ready.

-Im not... it just came out the wrong way.

-What do you mean?

-I was so overwhelmed, that i just nodded, but im not sure. I kind of like him, and it's ew weird, but at the same time i just wanna run away from him.

-That sounds very, very interesting, but i think, you are afraid.

-Of what?

-Of loving someone...

Devina walked closer to the window. She looked at the garden, where the flowers were blooming, and the grass growing within seconds, and she was thinking.

-I will leave you to your thoughts,- with that Ruby walked out.

Devina held the ring in her hand and felt something carved in it. She was surprised, when she read the words „The Lady of the Dark".

What the heck? They weren't there before, now where they? What does it mean?

Devina walked to the door and then she walked right back to the place were she stood before.

-What is happening!?

She didn't want to go to Demos and ask, that's why she was hesitating. Library, now that's where she goes.

When Devina entered the library, the lights went on, and she admired the book shelves, full of books, that looked like nothing she had seen before.

Every single book looked like carved from wood or something.

-What are you looking for?- showed up a weird looking man,- i can help you.

-Uhm,- not really wanting to tell this man all, she tried to figure out how to ask properly,- i would like to know more about the curse of the royal family.

-Ah, i see,- the man said and walked towards a shelf, and Devina followed. He took out a book, that even he struggled to carry.- let's put it on a table, shall we?

After they put the book on the table, it opened up itself, right on the page what Devina needed.

-Thank you,- she said to the stranger, but when she turned, he was already gone.

Devina started reading. She was looking for the keywords, and when she saw them she wished she hadn't.

-So, The Lady of the Dark was the one who cursed them, but what does the ring mean?- she turned the next pages looking for clues, and when she spotted the word „ring" she froze.

-No way...

Every curse has a loophole. It's never an easy one.

The Wizard made a ring, that always will travel with the king himself, after the king dies, the prince, and so on. From generation to generation.

Until the ring finds it's real keeper, the one to break the horrible curse.

The only way to break the curse is to bear a child. Child of love, anger and burden."
