"Kayla?"

"Tita! Nia! Hello!" I greeted and made beso.

"Oh my! How are you, hija? It's been so long. You look even more beautiful now!" Tita Jillian praised.

"Hi Ate Kayla!" Nia waved and smiled at me.

My cheeks turned a bit pink and my lips formed a small smile.

"I'm doing well po. Thank you. How are you? Si Tito Pao po?" I responded.

"We're all doing great. We got here just this week and we'll be here until end of next month. Miss na kasi namin si Xavi since he's already based here so we're going to stay a little long. Si Nia though, she'll be heading back to Sydney after New Year 'cause of work."

I nodded. "It was so nice seeing you both po. I'll leave you to continue your shopping."

"Actually..." Tita Jillian said, "Can you help me choose? We're shopping for a Christmas gift for Xavi. He kept insisting no need but I want to get him something."

I bit my lower lip. It was really so hard to say no to her 'cause they've always been super nice to me. It's not really a big thing anyway.

"Sure po."

While we were looking at the watches on display in the boutique, Tita Jillian chatted with me to catch up. She was still the same warm and nice person I met years ago. Sobrang sarap niya kausap 'cause she really just has this light delightful charm and aura.

"That one po. I think that will really look good on Xavi." I pointed to the Submariner Date watch.

She smiled at me and called the sales assistant to have the watch brought out. We sat on the plush green chairs and waited.

"Hi Ma'am. There are two available versions of this watch – this black one" she pointed to the watch that had a black dial and bezel, "and this one" she pointed to another watch which had a navy blue bezel and a black dial.

Tita Jillian put her hand on her chin. "Hmmmm. They're both nice. What do you think, Kayla?" she turned her head to me.

"This one po." I smiled at her while pointing at the black watch.

"We'll take that one, Miss," she informed the sales assistant and smiled.

After we were done, Tita Jillian insisted that I join them to shop around and have dinner. We went to different designer stores but we took our time when we were in Dior. Ang dami rin kasing tinignan ni Tita Jillian. Favorite raw kasi niya 'yun na brand. When we were in Gucci, she bought naman Nia a bag and a pair of heels.

After hours of shopping, we settled on getting Filipino for dinner since nagcrecrave daw sila ng good Filipino food. I brought them to one of the popular Filipino restaurants in the mall and since we got there early, we were given a table kagad.

Tita Jillian and Nia ordered a lot of food. I was wondering if we would even get to finish all of it. They sure missed Filipino food. While having dinner, Nia told me stories about her university life and how she was doing now with work. She had grown so much. I remembered halos kakastart lang niya sa university noon. Now she was really already an adult.

I insisted to pay for dinner. Tita Jillian obliged even if she was so against me paying. 'Nun una ayaw talaga niya but I really insisted.

"Tita, Nia, do you have a ride? I can drop you off." I offered when we were standing outside the restaurant.

"Hi hun! Nia." He kissed Tita Jillian and Nia's cheek then paused. "Hi Kayla!" he greeted me.

"Hi Tito Pao!" I smiled at him.
