The Crazy Adventure We Will Never Embark Upon

The Eternal Weapons.

(SNEHA'S POV)

"I wasn't expecting this. Not at all." Nicolas seemed fazed.

"But you were the one who urged them to try, didn't you?" Chelsea asked.

"Wait. I'm-I'm a part of your cicrle now?" I asked.

"No, not yet, you'll have to go through the initation ceremony." Nicolas answered blankly.

"What if I don't want to?"

"No one is asking you. You don't get that choice. It's in the porphecy, it will happen whether you like it or not. No one has any choice on the matter."

"But that's unfair!" I exclaimed. No way was I willing to work with these monsters!

"Too bad. Now you go." He took the stone from my palm and handed it to Madhulika. After a while it turned orange. Same went for Anannya and Anushka.

"Four people. We were short on four people. I guess this settles it. What are the odds of that, right?" Blake announced.

"When will the initiation ceremony take place?" Madhulika asked. Why was she so eager to join these good -for -nothing assholes? They haven't done anything good. Even Nate had a price for his help!

"No, he did it because he wanted to help. You know it as well
as me that he only asked for a price for fun." Madhulika wispered. Damn! I forget she's psychic!

She gave me a short giggle. Why? Why was she defending them? I don't understand it.

"Guys, we can't just do as they say." Anushka pointed out.

"There might not be anything we can do. Its written in our fates. Well at least accodring to Mr. Bleak it is." Anannya replied.

"Done with your little chit-chat?" Nate asked. " Well, the initiation ceremony will take place on the full moon day. Which is a week from now. Try not to disclose this information to anyone. If poeple find out, they'll most likely want to kill you before the ceremony."

"What?" Anushka screamed.

"Relax, your life won't be in danger as long as you hide this from other people. Disclose this only after the ceremony."

"But why do you have a circle? There must be something you're after right?" Anannya asked.

"Oh so you're not entirely stupid." Nicolas said with false enthusiasm. "Yes, there is a thing we're aiming after. Or more specifically things."

"We're looking for the Eternal Weapons. I know it sounds like some crapy thing from a fantsy novel but such a thing exists. There are said to be three eternal weapons. The Eternal Sword, The Eternal Shield and the Eternal Cup." Blake explained

"And why exacty are you looking for them?"

"We, you're part of the quest now too. Anyway, we are looking for them because they have the power to open the portal to the Eternal World. Theoratically, the Eternal World, is an eutopia. An unhabitated land, waiting to be conquered. It's said that, your powers increase by ten folds in that world. Not only that it has the Cup of Immortality."

"Yeah but why exactly do we need this?"

"Because, our parents are trapped in the Middle World." Nicolas' words left a cold shiver in my spine.
