(SNEHA'S POV)

I just can't help but notice the lovey dovey atmosphere, and it was really sweet. Altough Madhulika and Sebastian denied that they were romantically involved, it was impossible to ignore the romantic vibes they radiated. I admit, there wasn't anything like that, but it was obvious Madhulika found Sebastian hot (secretly so did the rest of us. Leaving Anushka that is, she only had eyes for Nicolas.) And the way Sebastain had srood up for her, I don't think I need to elaborate any further do I? And then there was Anushka with her new found feelings towards Nicolas. Ah, I wish a I had a eomance like that!

But recently, things have been a little fishy. Just yesterdy on my way back from practice, I walked in on a very strange conversation between Anannya and Sebastian. It went somewhat like so:

"Sebastian, I've been meaning to talk to you about this pureblood thing." Sebastian raised his brows.

"Is it true? About Madhulika?" Anannya elobrated.

"What? That Madhulika is a prueblood. I'm sure it was announced on the day of the Ceremony. It's nothing new."

"No, Sebastian, you know exactly what I'm asking about. Its time you stopped pretending."

" *Sigh*, what about Madhulika being a pureblood?"

"I know you've understood what I'm talking about. But if you insist, I'll clearly question you. Are you really keeping her as a back up source of power? Is that why you accompany uer all the time?"

"Yes, but thats not why I accompany her." Anannya waited for him to explain further but he remained silent.

"Then why do you do it? Is it really just a casual thing? You aren't the type to open up to someone so fast, then why so suddenly?"

"Look, Anannya I know you're worried about Madhulika, espically after yesterday's incident, but you don't need to fret over it. Nothing will happen to her, I guarentee it. As for her being a pureblood, that matter is for the Vampires to solve, not you." With that Sebastian began to leave.

"You need to tell her at least." Anannya's eyes were both desprate and sorrowful. It made Sebastian stop in his tracks.

"I...I'll try." He said at last.

"Is it because.....you....care for her?" Sebastian didn't answer but I knew form his look that he did.

Afterwards when I went to Anannya to ask her about it, she told me it wasn't anything serious and I shouldn't be worrying about it, but I can't ignore the pained looks they shared. I wonder whats going on.

I hate being kept in the dark, but ever since I've joined Brixton' Acad. It had happened quite a few times. It makes me restless, and thats why I went 5o Sebastian but he completely denied having the conversation. No matter how much I presisted, he didn't change his statement. And thats saying a lot. I can be very presistent when I wish, but that guy is equally stubborn.

At last I told Anushka but didn't have the slightest clue what this was about.

"I hate it when they do this! Its lile they don't want to share anything with us." Anushka sighed.

"I know!" I agreed.
