Lotte's PoV:
Still enjoying the newest edition of the Nightfall series that Barbara and I got from the library, I sat at the table while Sucy was busy with her...experiments. I looked outside and noticed that it was getting late. If it was Akko, then I wouldn't have minded that much. But she's out with Diana and she wouldn't break the curfew that easily.
Lotte: Hey, do you know where Akko is? It's...getting late.
Sucy: Probably doing something mischievous...
Lotte: Coming from you, that's quite concerning...and maybe true.
Sucy: Relax, she's with Diana. I'm sure they're fine and they'll probably be back in just...about...now...
Just then, their dorm room's door burst open and Professor Ursula walked in.
Sucy: Okay, maybe the next time that door opens.
Lotte: Professor Ursula, is something wrong?
Prof Ursula: You two, follow me to the hospital. Now!
Lotte: Wait, what? What's going on?
Prof Ursula: Akko...Akko's been shot!
Lotte & Sucy: WHAT!?
Prof Ursula: I'll explain the details on the way. Now come on!
With that, all three of them headed to the hospital with the others.

Diana's PoV:
Diana: W-what am I gonna do? What am I gonna do? Akko...Oh no...
Diana walks back and forth across the hallway, anxiously waiting for the results. Just then, she head a voice calling out her name. She turned around to see Professor Ursula and the others hurriedly run over to her.
Diana: Professor! Everyone!
Professor Ursula looks over at Diana and noticed the stains of blood on her shirt.
Professor Ursula: Diana, are you alright? You have a lot of blood on you? What exactly happened?
Hannah and Barbara goes over and hugs her tightly, tears brimmng down their faces. They couldn't care less if their clothes are stained; they're just happy to see that their friend is okay.
Diana: I-I'm fine, don't worry about me. Let's all take a seat; I'll tell you all.

Professor Ursula: So, it was random? None of you know why it happened?
Diana: No idea. It all happened so fast. All I know is that when I got back up, there was a lot of blood. I tried using healing magic, but for some reason there was no effect on her wounds. I-I wish I could do more.
Prof Ursula: I'm sure you did everything that you could. Don't worry...
Professor Ursula puts her hand on Diana's shoulder in an attempt to comfort her.
Lotte: Diana, where's Akko?
Diana: S-she's just down the hall on the right, they won't let me in.
At that moment, the doctor came out of the room Akko was in. Everyone immediately went over to the doctor to ask about her condition. The doctor assured them that Akko's condition is stable, however she may need to rest for quite some time. The doctor also stated that other than a wounded left side, she suffered minor bruises and cuts.
Prof Ursula: When can we visit her?
Doc: Well, you can visit her right now. Though she won't be awake any time sooner. If you want to stay with her for the night, only one person can stay.
