to make somewhat sense of this story we need to go back 3 decades when a tragic experiment that shook the world,the experiment is to see if pokemon and human was really once related.

they attempted to combine human and pokemon dna to artificially create life, but a explosion occured mid-experiment which changed the about half of the human female population and about 10 % of male into anthromorphic pokemon or pokepeople. they been trying to fix it but to no luck. of course this started a whole bunch of slavery and experiments.

but they put down a whole lot of laws and legal rights. but that didn't stop most organizations which leads to now.....
