Raphael is one of the Villarosa quadruplets and the only son of Michael and Lily Villarosa. At twenty-four years old, he is a young businessman who has started his own venture. He deeply admires his father, a former U.S. Navy Marine, for successfully growing their family business, a resort located in San Joaquin. Inspired by this, he pursued a business degree in college, and after graduating, he decided to open his own business in Palawan, similar to his father's resort.
His life takes a turn when he meets Anna Marie, a twenty-four-year-old woman who captures his heart. However, complications arise when he discovers that her father is responsible for the large scar on his mother's back. He learns that Anna Marie's father was also the reason for his mother's miscarriage and the fire that destroyed his father's resort in Palawan. Now, Raphael must grapple with his feelings for Anna Marie and decide whether he can overlook the actions of her father or if he will feel anger towards her because of what her father did to his mother.
