Jade woke up and walked around the house, checking if anyone was home with her. She looked through every room and again, no one was home. Jade went to the bathroom and hopped into the shower, when she got out she brushed her teeth then made her way to the  kitchen to make herself some breakfast.

After she ate her breakfast she cleaned up the kitchen, putting everything she used back into the fridge. Once she was done she started to search the house for duct tape. She couldn't find any inside so she made her way outside of the house and into the shed in the back. The shed was filled with her dads old guns that he left behind.

Boxes were filled with ammo and junk, she had finally found the duct tape and went back inside. She grabbed her two skateboard pieces and positioned them to where they lined up. She slowly started to tape the pieces back together. She used extra tape making sure it wouldn't snap in half when she rode it.

"All done,"Jade said to herself as she finished taping her board back together. Jade got up from her bed and made her way down the hall to the phone in the living room. Jade tried to remember Lucas house number by heart but couldn't remember. She quickly ran to her kitchen and looked at the note on the fridge with all the boys house phone numbers.

She ran back to the hall with the piece of paper in her hand and started to dial for Lucas's house. "Hello, Mrs. Sinclair it's Jade Byers," Jade said into the phone.

"Hello sweetie, how are you," Lucas's mom said from the other line.

"Im good, how are you," Jade asked.

"Im doing good too, what did you need honey," Lucas's mother asked.

"Is Lucas home by any chance? I haven't seen or heard from Will in almost 2 days and I maybe thought he would be hanging out with Lucas."

"Oh well, Lucas isn't home right now. He went to the Wheelers house with Dustin, perhaps Will is there as well." Lucas's mother said. The only problem was Lucas lied to his mother about where he was going before he had left.

"Okay perfect, thank you Mrs.Sinclair. Bye."

"Bye hun."

Jade then dialed the number to the Wheelers house. The phone ring for a little while then sent her to a busy line Jade tried over and over again but there was no response every time.

Jade placed the phone back on the wall, she went to the kitchen and hung up the note of the numbers back up. She made her way to her room and grabbed her bag and her skateboard and skated on her way to the Wheelers house.

Jade then arrived to the Wheelers house, she lifted her board off of the floor and started to make her way towards the door. As she got closer she saw that Dustin was at the door talking to Ted.

"Hey! Languageeee," Ted said to Dustin who was walking away from the front door.

Dustin turned around to see Jade walking towards him."Jade! Thank God. Everyone is MIA, and you're the last one standing," Dustin said to Jade.

Jade looked at Dustin confused."What do you mean everyone's MIA, what's going on?"

"No one is picking up and we have a code red. Listen we just need to-," Dustin cut himself off when him and Jade heard mumbling. They both turned to the side and Steve was walking over to the door with a bouquet of roses.

"Steve," Dustin said making his way over to Steve with Jade following behind Dustin.

"Hey...Jade, Henderson," Steve said to the two with a big bouquet of red roses in his hand.

"Are those for Mr. or Mrs. Wheeler," Dustin asked Steve referring to the bouquet of roses.

"No," Steve said.
