Chapter 1

-(Name)'s POV-

I usually woke up to the sun waking me up, but today Kyojuro was shaking me awake. "Hmm." I mumbled as I sat up looking at him.

*What?* I shaked my hands confused as I looked at him. Kyojuro sat across from me before Senjuro walked in as well.

°Good morning!° Senjuro said/signed quietly. *What did you need me for Kyojuro-san?* I asked as Senjuro laid against me.

Kyojuro looked at Senjuro and then back to me. °You have a mission later, and the master wants to see you.° I looked surprised for a second. 'I never met the master...I wonder what he is like.'

*Okay... Let me get ready then.* I said shooing my brothers away so I can change.

'What time is it?' I look over to see that the time is 5:39. I grumble thinking it is too early for this.

I got changed into my demon slayer outfit and slid open the door grabbing my nichirin blade on the way down to the dining room.

There I found Senjuro-and Kyojuro talking about something. I also smelled father behind me, so I moved out of the way for him.

I saw him say something, but didn't quite understand. 'Of course he never tries to communicate with me...' I thought, squinting for a second before sitting next to Kyojuro-san.

*I'm ready, sorry if I took so long.* I signed as he stood up grabbing my hand as if we were in a rush. I'm guessing I had a panicked face because Senjuro walked in front of Kyojuro.

*She can't hear you remember...* Senjuro signed a little saddened as Kyojuro apologized to me before explaining where we had to go. I nodded and ran out the door after lightly hitting Kyojuro in the shoulder.

I felt the vibrations of the flooring shake, so I knew he was chasing me. 'This is fun.' I smiled as I slipped on my shoes and left the house. I decided to wait at the door outside the house since I had no idea where we were going.

Kyojuro soon ran out the house thinking I was still running before seeing me waiting for him. He walked up to me and lightly hit me back. *Payback, and it might take a few before we get to the mansion.*

I nodded as I followed behind him. It was a good 30-45 minutes of walking before we found a dumpling and tea stand. I tapped on Kyojuro's haori, but I don't think he felt that so I grabbed it pulling it lightly.

He turned confused for a moment before I pointed to the food place. *You want dumplings?* I asked as he held a huge smile.

*Of course dear sister.* He said, happily matching to the stands ordering us some pork dumplings with wisteria tea. I sat on the bench when Kyojuro came back with tons of food. I smile, thanking him saying that I owe him food next time.

*Anytime!* He responds by holding some chopsticks. He then shouted something, but I didn't notice. I ate a couple plates of pork dumplings before standing up. *I'm done.* I smile before walking over to the stand to buy some of Sengoku when I get back.

He kept talking, but I was having trouble, so I pointed at my ears and made an 'x' sign with my hands hoping he would understand that I can't hear.

He made a 'oh' face before pulling out a menu. I thanked him and bowed before pointing to some turkey dumplings. I also pointed to the 'to go' box in the upper right corner.

He gave me a thumbs up before making the turkey dumplings. I smelled Kyojuro behind me before he put his hand on my shoulder. *Whatcha doing?* He asked as I signed back, *I'm getting some food for Senjuro-san*

He smiled and patted my head ruffling it up a bit. I groaned before re-tieing my hair again. I then notice Kyojuro point behind me.

I looked to see that the man had finished making the food. I paid and waved him off as I walked beside Kyojuro.

'I think today is gonna be fun.' I thought before walking into someone.
