-(Y/n)'s POV-
It's been a while since Mitsuri and Obanai left as I gave them my second challenge. The second challenge was having them cover both their eyes and their ears as they could only rely on their instincts and abilities to send things through the ground like I do.

Obanai managed to get a single blow on me, but Mitsuri wasn't able to do it. So only Obanai was able to pass it, but the first challenge was the main one, so they did in fact pass my hashira training. The second one was extra if they wanted to try it.

It was the next day when more demon slayers came to try my course, only a few were able to do it, I didn't make them have to pass they could have taken the option to fail, and if they did pass I would have gave them a little flame charm so no one could say that they passed if they really didn't.

I haven't been getting sleep since tonight and the night before as I have been working on my uniform and this charms that Moki has decided to take a leap and help me make. She could have taken the other hashiras training, yet she decided to stay and help me with mine. I'm truly blessed to have her beside me.

Suddenly someone came in my provisional vision noticing that the sun was three/fourths in the sky. 'Huh it is already five?' I thought before turning to see who the Hashira before me was. I smirked as I noticed a familiar pale white, scarred man hashira before me.

'Oh I can't wait to kick his ass.' I thought showing a sly smirk before he came up to me. He also seemed unamus before he started signing to me. *What are you smiling at?* This caused me to throw him a blindfold as I was definitely not going to be holding back on him as he was one of the strongest.

*It's time for you to get your ass whooped. That's what I'm smiling about.* I signed smirking again. You looked at me before looking down at the in his hands to see what I had thrown at him. *What's this for?* He asked, waving it in front of him.

I looked at him blankly thinking he was joking. *It's a blindfold for your eyes, so you can't see.* He stared at me again before saying, *Why would I need that?* I then go on to explain what the course was about before he excitedly puts on the blindfold.

*Hell yeah! Let's get started.* He signed excitedly before handing him a wooden sword. I didn't look to the side, noticing that we weren't on the course at all. 'Why in the hell did he decide to put on that so early. This isn't as easy as he thinks it's going to be…' I thought to myself before grabbing his wrist and dragging him over to where we need to be.

He seemed to say something but I didn't notice what he said, but Moki seemed to respond to what he had to say. With that he took a fighting stance, signaling to me that he was ready. 'This is going to be fun.' I thought again before taking a stance waiting for him to take the first move. I felt like an eternity before I decided to make the first move.

I hit him again and again before he kept running into logs, tripping on rocks, and stumbling with them as the elevation shifted from higher to lower.

-Sanemi's POV-
'Damn it! This is harder than it looks!' I thought, stumbling around swinging aimlessly. I had broken many of the wooden training swords during this training. I heard bells ringing through the air as I went to go after it. I would run into any log, and sometimes when the wind would pick up I'd get hit by the spinning ones causing me to grunt from time to time. Getting more annoyed and angry.

It seemed to be another day or two before I decided it was enough. 'Ugh! This is getting repetitive!' I thought, before swinging the sword with more direct movements. Which was a major improvement since the day I started this training.

I was walking around all the obstacles just to run into something. ‘No I didn’t run into something, someone hit me. If I find out who did this imma!’ I thought, trying to reach for the cloth covering my eyes I heard the slight ringing of a bell before I got hit in the hand again causing me to wince a bit. Someone then came up to me taking off the cloth. It was (Y/n). *Don’t do that or I will fail you in this exercise.*

*Why do I need to do this again? This seems kind of pointless.* I signed annoyed, not paying attention as I fell into the river next to me. “GAH!” I yelled, climbing out completely soaked. I looked up to see that she was covering her mouth, shaking a little. She was silently laughing. I was flustered to say the least.

*I think it is better to be ready to fight this way than not to be. I wasn’t ready when I was helping during the battle in the Red Light District. I had a cut above my eye and I couldn’t see since there was so much blood coming out of it.* She signed to me as she jumped onto one of the many flat rocks in the middle of the river. She looked at me before sitting down on the dry rock. *I see…* I then followed her lead and jumped onto one of the other rocks in front of her and sat down. The rock immediately became wet as I sat down, but it was warm for a while as we talked.

*After you complete this task I have another one for you which will be harder as you might not be able to complete it.* (Y/n) signed, looking at me with a serious look before softening her gaze as she was looking at something that caught her eye. I turned around to see what she was looking at and was a mother fox with her cub further down the river hunting for fish.

I looked at the foxes for a moment and thought about my own family thinking that it would be nice if me and Genya could be like that again, yet I threw the idea out the window as I shook my head. I suddenly got the feeling to put my hand up so I did and I caught something in it. I looked down toward my hand to see that it was a wet stone from the river.

I looked up to the pillar in front of me giving her an annoyed yet curious look. ‘Why?’ I thought as she was quick to respond. *I want you to be able to dodge and move like that without sight or sound at the end of this.*

*You're joking right?* I signed to her, not believing what she was saying for a second, before thinking of something else. ‘Is she able to dodge attacks without seeing them. I know she can’t hear already, but that is fucking awesome.’ I smirked at her when she responded with, *No, I truly think you are able to do it.*

I then stood up surprising her. I jumped back to the side of the river picking up the training sword and blindfold putting it on. After putting on the blindfold I looked over to (Y/n), or to where I thought she was at, and signed to her. *Well let's get started so I can move on to my training with the other hashiras.* I smirked holding up the practice sword.

‘Ready when you are.’

Sorry for the sudden chapter spams, I have decided to write as many chapters as I can before Thursday when I usually post. I thought it'd be a cool idea, since I have been bored lately.

I want to challenge myself to see how much I can get done before my birthday as I won't be able to do much over the weekend.

Thank you all for reading and I hope you enjoy the future chapters. Toodals!
