It had been a couple of hours since the previous event. The blonde and the brunette traveled the ravine and into many caves while the shorter held his blade against either the other's neck or back as he guided him wherever.

Dream was both confused and amused. Why would the hunter need him if he was basically doing everything on his own? I mean, the blonde was just kind of there, with him.

It was quiet, really quiet. And it had been for a long time. The only sounds audible were the faint 'thumps' their shoes made as it hit the ground. And so, the blonde tried to strike up a conversation.

Remember when the blonde decided that he was going to use the brunette? This was part of his plan. Or atleast, a start.

"So, you know my name, what's your name?" The blonde asked, his eyes roaming the ceiling of the caves out of boredom, giving that there wasn't much that he could do.

He was going to try to get as much information he could possibly fish from the other, and use it to his advantage in all ways possible.

The brunette's eyes were half focused on the floor, watching his step, and half focused on the person he was meant to capture.

"I know your name because you've made yourself well known. You created your name. You don't need to know mine," the brunette retorted coldly.

Dream rolled his eyes behind the mask, lips pressed thinly.

He hated the stubborn boy now more than he ever has, if that was even possible.

"If we're gonna be stuck down here for God knows how long and if you're gonna boss me around, I think I deserve to know whom I'm going to be controlled by and who I'm spending my time with. No?" The taller smirked.

Everyone knew Dream had a way with words. A manipulative way. He always sugar coated things.

It was quiet once more in the cave for a minute as the brunette thought.

"George. My name is George."

The blonde smiled under his mask. It was a smile, but not a friendly one- one that you should be suspicious of.

"George.. that's a cute name," the blonde stated, tasting the name on his tongue.

George pushed him with the sword. "Shut up and keep walking. I didn't come after you so you can flirt with me."

A chuckle rumbled out of Dream's chest as he shook his head. "Really? Is that what you see it as? Flirting? I see it as complimenting, but you do you I guess."

A tint of strawberry pink spread across George's face, despite his scrunched up expression.

"What part of of shut up did you not understand?"

The blonde just hummed in response, content with the fact that he was able to get the hunter to tell him his name.

They continued their journey in a deafening silence, making several twists and turns down pathways that led to other pathways or to no where.

Dream so dearly wanted to break the silence once again, but he didn't know how to. There was nothing to talk about.

"So, does the king pay you for things like this? Does he pay you in gold blocks or something to come after people like me?" The blonde asked.

George's eyes were glued to the back of the blonde's head, the latter basically feeling the other pierce holes in his skull with the strong glare that he sent.
