"Kai I'm leaving I'll see you at the bar later!" Veronica announced Kai yawned as she opened her eyes

The girl went to the bathroom to brush her teeth. Kai took her bandages off Kai frowned as she looked at the very deep cuts on her wrist.

Kai sighed before she wrapped her wrist when she heard a sound. "The hell?" She thought going into her room and grabbing her gun

Kai pointed her gun at a figure "It's me." Carl yelled turning around his eyes wide before a smirk appears on the young teenagers face "your not wearing pants." He grinned

"Okay give me one reason not to shoot you." Kai demanded as she grabbed a blanket and covered herself "I'm you best friend." Carl smiled "not a good enough reason what are you doing here?" Kai questioned putting the gun down making sure to put the safety on.

"Trying to get Veronica's drugs." Carl muttered following the girl to her room "I thought I wasn't aloud in your room till I lose my virginity."

"Ph your not." Kai smirked as she closed the door in front of Carl who only groaned annoyed "We slept in the same bed and you don't were pants while you sleep but I can't see you naked?" Carl asked "we only slept in the same bed when Debbie moved Liam which was like three days." Kai lied looking for pants.

On multiple accounts Fiona would come home seeing Kai with her head hidden in the crook of Carl's shoulder while his arms were around her waist.

"Look I can't keep giving you shit for free or else Mickey is gonna be on my ass and Veronica doesn't even know I keep my drugs in the house. I will quite literally be kicked out if she find out I have drugs in the house." Kai had finally found pants

"Kai you wanna go with me to Holly-what's happening?" Debbie asked before her face fell and she glared at the two kids.  "please do not tell me your with my brother Carl can't you keep your hands off my best friend?" Debbie glared

"Now your friends?" Carl scoffed as Kai put pants on "you leave." Kai signed putting the drugs in the boys hands "next time I need the money."

"Come on." Debbie smiled "why are you being nice? Are you gonna kill me?" Kai signed "I don't know sign language." Debbie stated

"She asked if your gonna kill her." Carl announced "no I'm just happy." Debbie grinned

"I promise Robin." Carl smiled grabbing the drugs from her hand and walking out of the house.

"Come on." Debbie giggled grabbing Kai's hand. Kai winced slightly as they walked to Hollys house

At hollys house, Kai sat next to Debbie feeling weird and uncomfortable"And he does this little wheeze thing when he's thinking." Debbie ranted "kinda of like a little...Hm. And he doesn't like sports, and I don't like sports."

"And he used to play the trumpet in marching band, but he dropped out when his valve bottom broke. And he has this enormous collection of vintage t-shirts. I feel like-I don't know. I don't know."

"Like you love him?" One of Debbie's friends sang Kai made an unamused face

"What do you know you only fuck people Skank-o-vich." Holly smirked "like father like daughter."

Kai narrowed her eyes at Holy while Debbie only stared at Kai she wanted to defend her oldest friend but she didn't want to ruin her new friendship with Holly
