Kai groaned as she opened her eyes. "Hey." Tilly smiled "I just got here came to check on you."

"I'm fine." Kai mumbled "my back isn't tho."

"Well duh you slept on the couch." Tilly scoffed as the two walked into the kitchen. "Carl, Chuckie, get your asses down here or I'm giving your pancakes to the next homeless guy I see." Sami threatened.

"You stole that from the homeless shelter, basically a full circle Sami." Tilly smirked as she sat next to Debbie.

"I earned it fair and square. Told them I'm raising seven kids alone." Sami smiled "except only one of them is yours." Debbie remarked "and three don't even live here anymore."

"Chuckie turned on the chocolate faucet upstairs in the bathroom." Carl announced "ew he's making hot sloppys." Debbie complained

"Uh-oh I know what this is about." Sami sighed "what the six churros he ate last night?" Carl questioned "no, he's nervous to start at a new school." Sami explained "it's his fourth one. He gets beat up a lot."

"Surprise surprise." Tilly mumbled "way to much lip line, young lady." Sami scowled

"When did you become my mother?" Debbie asked "I've had enough back talk from you." Sami sighed

"She's putting all that skank makeup on go get out of the friend zone with that Derek dude." Carl smirked

"Didn't you wear clean clothes for a week when you liked Kai?" Debbie asked making water come out of Kai's nose in shock "and were not in the friends zone."

"How does he touch your arm?" Debbie asked "if he punched it, it means you guys are friends." Carl explained "If he squeezes it, it means he likes you."

"That's a lie." Kai scoffed "how would you know?" Carl asked

"It's none of your business." Debbie glared "Tilly come on."

"Carl, Kai, do me a favor." Sami begged "what do we get?" Kai asked "a favors supposed to come from the bottom of your heart." Sami tried

"He has no heart." Kai smirked as she washed her dishes"you do realize who you're talking to, right?" Carl asked

"Take Chuckie under your wings make sure the kids don't pick on him. Okay?" Sami explained

"Nunchucks and a pack of condoms." Carl demanded "I just want free food." Kai muttered eating an apple

"Okay, fine." Sami sighed shaking the boys hand "magnum." Carl added Kai gave the boy a look "what?"

"Just-never mind." Kai sighed
"Chuckles, let's go." Carl demanded "Carl you think I could stay here again?" Kai asked "sure why?" Carl asked

"V and Kev are splitting up." Kai explained "oh well sure I guess." Carl muttered  "can we ta-" Carl got cut off

"Freddie got jumped hurry up." Tilly demanded running downstairs. "what?" Kai asked in shock as she followed her friend out of the house.

"You dumbass." Kai sighed when she saw her friend "I'm sober don't worry." Fred glared "I-I was picking fights again."

"Why?" Tilly asked grabbing one of his arms while Kai got the other and lifted it up

"My step dad some shit happened with him and Holly. He hit her. Holly's a bitch but she's still my sister" Fred sighed

"Fuck Fred." Tilly sighed as the two girls wrapped his arms around there shoulder helping him off of the ground.
