Alma AUs

Some of these are well known and some of these I made up, if you need me to explain I will.

Real Life: Became famous through her husband, a war hero who died to save his country and village, thereby granting her enough money she could live in a big house with her family, and isolate herself from the people her husband died protecting since she felt bitter at first. She did recover to help everyone rebuild.

Reverse: She would have died in the giving of the miracle and Pedro would have taken her place.

Harry Potter: Ravenclaw. She was a hatstall between Ravenclaw and Slytherin and she decided she wanted to be Ravenclaw. She fell in love with a fellow Ravenclaw, who was a year older than her, but he died fighting dark wizards.

Hero: Sort of like a Professor X, Nick Fury type character? You know what I'm talking about.

Mermaid: A siren who lost her husband, who was also a siren, when he did the job of the shark finned protectors. It's why she's so hard on Luisa and Felix in this AU since they are the shark finned protectors of the family now, but she insists everyone be able to handle themselves.

Apocalypse: She could survive, she wouldn't want to. She'd just want to see Pedro again.

Soulmate: Red string of fate. It led her to Pedro at the festival and then to the fountain, and it snipped when he died. Now there's a short string hanging from her pinky that only she can see and she considers chopping that finger off but she knows it won't get rid of it.

Bruno took Mirabel: She would talk to Pedro every night and throughout the day, asking him if it really is her fault that two people are gone, like everyone seemed to think it was, asking if she'd get a second chance? When she finds them again, she hugs Bruno right away but she'd hesitate to hug Mirabel, afraid it actually is her fault and Mirabel blames her.

Mirabel's dead: She would be haunted by two ghosts now, imagine she can see Pedro holding Mirabel tightly, and both of them looking at her in disapproval. She'd want comfort, and she'd want to comfort others but the whole family puts her at a distance after that, becoming as cold to her as she was to Bruno and Mirabel.

Monster: A ghost. Her husband who was also a ghost and died at the same time she did, gave his spirit to the house they live in so she can't see him, but knows he's there. This house is meant to be a refuge for their kind, for monsters, it's how all of the monsters came, they needed a safe place from humans. So she took a while to warm up to the zombie and vampire, and she still hasn't warmed up to the human.
