The House Fell part 2

@AuthorNev requested I do this, based on the Mirabel dies when the house collapses AU, so I will. There are two people I will not do this AU for, Mirabel because if you want to see how the family would react to her dying it's on the AU pages, and Alma, not because I don't like her, but because that hits a little too close to home for me at the moment, but everyone else gets a chance.

Also, implications of suicide and depression, this chapter is just very dark so if you want to skip this one and the previous one, it would not offend me.

Now on to the grandkids

Isabela

Felix: At first he would run to make sure all of his children were okay, it would click to him that something happened to one of the grandkids, but he's not sure which one and once he sees them all be okay, and realizes it's Isabela, his grip tightens on his hold on Dolores and he doesn't let her go.

Julieta: Julieta would scream, both at herself not only for not being able to heal, but also because she had told Isabela that the best way to deal with Alma's expectations was to just grin and bear it, she knew her daughter had died an unhappy life. Then she screams at Alma for being the root of the problem, and Mirabel needing her cuts her off and she goes to be comforting, though doesn't stop glaring.

Pepa: Pepa would imagine it was her own eldest daughter laying there and randomly call out for her in a heartbroken voice, only to see her and feel relief, and then feel guilty because Julieta won't get that sense of relief.

Bruno: He'd curse himself that his vision for her had just been life of her dreams, it wasn't this, he'd yank his hair so tightly he'd pull some free, just so he could focus on the real pain rather than the emotional and mental one. Mirabel stops him from running and attaches herself to him, seeking comfort which distracts him from his quest to end his own pain, worrying about ending his sobrinas.

Alma: She'd remember all the pressure she put on Isabela, she would think about things she didn't want to notice previously, the strained smile, the wrinkle between her brows, the tiny slouch of her shoulders, the shower of petals...And she would wish she could swap with her eldest nieta, just so her nieta could be free.

Agustin: He'd hold tight to Luisa who would need him with one arm, and hold tighter to Julieta with the other one. He'd still find it in him to spit out with absolute venom at Alma: "She shouldn't have had to die to be free."

Dolores: Dolores would not let go of her father, but she'd make eye contact with Mariano and regret that jealousy had driven a wedge between who she considered her sister, especially when she knew she didn't even love him! She only says one thing through her tears and it's "If you had loved him it wouldn't have changed anything."

Luisa: She would be in denial first. She loves Isabela, and Isabela is her older sister, the person she used to go to for advice that she was embarrassed to ask her parents about, but then she became the strong one and...why couldn't she have been the strong one where it actually mattered?

Camilo: He would remember all the times he teased Isabela, and he would hope she didn't hate him for that, although she often acted annoyed. He did not want people to die hating him, he never wanted that to happen, so he just explains why he did that, getting cut off when he notices how much his prima and his hermana need him.

Mirabel: She'd remember every argument and smack her head to get the words she and Isabela exchanged to stop repeating it. Seeing Bruno and knowing he's just as mad at himself as she is at herself, gets her to stop and she holds conversations with her sister anytime she sees a cactus.
