The men pushed the four of them out of their grips and began too fire at the Demogorgan.
Dustin picked up El and they ran as quickly as they could down the hallway in attempts for safety.
"Holy shit. Holy shit." Y/n was muttering.
The lights were flashing and many gunfire was heard.
They found a random classroom and quickly went in.
"Hold on. We're almost there. Almost there." Dustin was saying to El, who was still in his arms.
"Put her up there." Y/n gestured to one of the tables and with Lucas' help Dustin placed her on it.
"Don't worry, El. You'll be okay. The bad man's gone." Y/n said comforting her.
"We'll be able to go home soon." Mike said.
They heard the demogorgan screech loudly in the hallway making them all jump back. It was getting closer.
"It's near." Y/n said.
The gunfire continued and then it just suddenly stopped.
"Is. . .is it dead?" Dustin stuttered.
"I don't think so." Y/n said but just as she said that the door broke down, revealing the demogorgon.

"Shit, shit! Get the wrist rocket out now!" Dustin yelled to Lucas who scrambled too get the 'weapon' out of his bag.
It wasn't gonna do much but it was all they could do. Y/n went over and held Els hand, mostly for her own comfort as well as Els while Lucas started shooting rocks at the demogorgan.
"Y/n?" El questioned.
"It's okay, El." Y/n smiled softly. "Whatever happens I just want you to know that. . . You're like this sister I never had."
"Sister." El said. "You're like my sister too."
"It's not working!" Lucas yelled, while Mike and Dustin yelled words of encouragement and tossed him rocks.
Just as Lucas was about to shoot another rock, El sat up and took her hand from Y/n's. She looked angry and raised her hand up and just like that the demogorgan went flying across the room into the wall.
She stood up and started walking towards the creature.
"Eleven, stop!" Mike went to stop her but she pushed him away.
