It was finally the end of the school day and the party was about to go show Mr Clarke Dustin's discovery of Dart.

Y/n was currently putting her books from her last class back in her locker. She had her headphones in using her Walkman, that Jonathan gave her a few months back listening to Madonnas album. So she couldn't really hear anything. She picked up her backpack and swung it over her shoulder and closed her locker door, standing there was Mike making her jump.

"Mike, what the hell." She said, taking her headphones off.

"Sorry, did I scare you." Mike teased, smiling down at her.

"Shut up." Y/n said and looked up at him.

She hadn't really realised how much taller he was compared to her until now. She looked at his face and noticed his freckles she liked the way they made his face look. She thought they were cute to say the least.

"Do you want to take a picture? I have a camera you can borrow." Mike teased nudging her slightly.

"You're so funny." Y/n said sarcastically. "Come on, let's go find the others and show Mr Clarke."

"Will, you coming? let's go show Mr Clarke." Mike said. Him and y/n had caught up with Will by his locker a few minutes later.

Will closed his locker and walked over to the both of them, looking very anxious.

"Is something wrong?" Y/n asked him.

"It's about D'Artagnan." Will said.

"What about him?" Y/n asked, starting to get anxious as well.

"I saw him last year not long after I got out of upside down." Will said. "I think he's dangerous."

Y/n's eyes widened and she quickly shared a look with Mike.

"We gotta make sure Dustin doesn't show Mr Clarke." Mike said and y/n nodded quickly and the three of them took off too Mr Clarkes classroom.

Y/n slammed the door open and yelled "Stop!" As it looked like Dustin was about to open the box with Dart inside. Mr Clarke, Dustin, Lucas and Max quickly turned to look at them, confused looks on all their faces.

Mike ran ahead of y/n and grabbed the box "I'm sorry, Mr Clarke. It was just a stupid prank." He said.

"What are you doing?" Dustin asked.

"We need to go." Mike said and went to leave the classroom. "Right now. Right now!"

The rest of the party followed him into the AV room, leaving Mr Clarke completely stumped.

"I don't understand." Lucas said once they were in the AV room. They had to make Max stay outside for obvious reasons. Y/n felt a little bad but they had no other choice.

"What don't you understand?" Mike asked Lucas.

"Will saw something that looked like Dart last year?" Lucas questioned.

"Kind of, but there was no tail." Will explained.

"But then he heard it yesterday. The exact same sound." Y/n explained.
