TWENTY FOUR

George, Caleb and I went to see their friend named Mara who can help us tracking Michael and for some sort we did, she found Michael's location.

"So where is he? Is he still on New York?" I asked.

"Yeah, so basically I checked his phone number location and it's on New York but here's the catch it is on Airplane Mode. I guess? I'm not really expert but that's all I can manage." Mara said.

"How about the e-mails?"

"Well base here on my findings he's not using it the last log in was about two weeks ago. I have a theory is it okay?" Mara looked at me with a confused face.

"Yeah sure." I said and I'm quite nervous for this situation.

"From everything you've said to me, I think this guy is literally in trouble about 60% sure, but I think the 40% was he's trying to do something that is hard to explain and you're the only one who can solve this." Mara explained.

I was perplexed.

"What?" I was definitely confused as fuck.

"I think we need to eat." George interrupted.

"Yeah let's go eat first and I'll try to share my idea with this boyfriend of yours. I'm just having a weird feeling and the phone history was bit strange from your storyline." Mara said.

After we ate, we just called for a delivery meal to be fast and we all got lazy to go outside. As for myself being dreadful because of "Michael's Lost" in little inch of me is being happy because of the people that is surrounded by me, I can't believe they all helping me to find Michael but I know that I'm quite getting that title of being the paranoid queen.

"So let's hear your theory Mara." Caleb said.

We all sat down and Mara get a piece of paper and pen and her laptop with the database thingy on the screen showing various of data, numbers and things I'm not familiar.

"So okay, let's take a rewind on the story. You said after your boyfriend called you he's being weird and he didn't contact you for the past week?" Mara said.

I nod.

"Then you got this "feelings" of yours that he's in trouble. Family and Friends also don't have any contact, right?"

I nod once again.

"The 60% of my "so called trouble theory" of Michael." Mara scribbles on the paper she has. "I think something really happens to him, I don't know the specific reason because I don't know the story behind you two but this might be a set up and you're getting behind." She said.

"Are you serious?!" George yelled.

Caleb just staring to all of us and I kept quiet somehow I'm getting to the point of the past.

"Let me think." I whispered.

Mara looked at me and she still keeps writing the dates on the paper with the call history of Michael.

"Lai, look- listen. From this phone call he has it makes quite sense that someone is holding him, it is obvious that if he lost his phone he'll contact any of you but he didn't and from the speculations I made the other history was deleted and you can't contact him it's either they change the call setting or they put something in there, in his phone." Mara once explained again.

"How about the 40%?" George asked.

"Well I guess that is- um, well he's being a dick and or, he had a fucking surprise for you. It's positive-ish thing, I don't really know because I don't know the guy but I'm just referring to the story and infos I got, and I checked his Juilliard background nothing bad about it." Mara said.
