George and I arrived at the airport together with Michael this is it.. Another last day with Michael, why do we always end up like this? Having the last day being together, last day when we realize something that is worth fighting for, but there is these spaces that keep us apart. Marco didn’t come with us after we talked about his son, his real son. The flashback runs on my mind while we wait on the airport.
“I know who’s your real son..” I whispered.
“How the hell did you know about this?!” Marco said he was furious but keeping his self calm down.
I never had a tough conversation with Marco before this was the first time I’m really talking to him and it’s a very serious one.
“It was really late when the truth comes to me..” I said.
“Comes to you? I do not understand how, I mean why you’re so involved to this? How?” Marco looks so frustrated.
“I asked that to myself too. Look, do you want to know who he is? Or let’s just forget about this talk we had..” I stared at him.
“Probably his name, I think I should know his name at least I could feel okay about it.”
“You won’t feel okay about it, Marco you’ve met him before.” I said.
“What?!” He shouted.
“It’s Jc..” I murmured.
“Jc?”
“Yes, Jc Caylen.. Remember? My friend who ask for your help to have your music to his film, the summer contest? Remember that?” I said while having this weird hand gestures.
“That kid? How the hell did you know it? Does he know everything?! Does Michael knew about this?” Marco asked.
“No, Michael dont know about it I haven’t tell him yet. Actually he planned it. Jc planned it all of it.” I said. Then I tell the whole story base on my conclusions, what have Jc told me about this ‘where the truth is unfold’ about Michael had this letter like threatening him that Michael thought it was a joke. The pictures that has been sent to home before where Marco and Karen met at New York and most importantly the letter where Jc explain everything to me how his vengeance goes well, where Michael and I broke up then our family, that we all go miserable that makes him satisfied.
“You alright?” George asked me.
I realize I was frozen on my seat thinking the conversation I had with Marco, after we talked he hugged me really tight and that he really loves my mother and he regret everything and if there’s another chance he will try his very best to accept him again but about Jc? He just kept quiet and like we didn’t talk about it. I think he was really stunned about it and it’s like his world crush down.
“Yeah, I’m all good.” I said.
“Why your step-dad didn’t show up here?” George asked.
“Uhh- he’s busy he got a call but we talked well. I’m good with that.”
“Alright, we’ll be leaving in six minutes.”
“Where’s Michael?” I asked.
I didn’t notice Michael gone on my sight I thought he was sitting beside me now he wasn’t here.
“He got a call on his phone he went over there.” George said and points on the nearest souvenir store.
“Oh, okay.”
After of few minutes waiting our flight has been called and Michael was still busy talking to his phone, I think Chloe called him because from the look of his face he was annoyed or maybe someone from his school. I wanted to come forward at him but we need to get in, so I just walked with George and ignore him although it hurts me but I think it’s a lot better than feeling bothered that I’m leaving him again.
