"It's so hot today" Johanna said as she rubbed sunscreen lotion on her face. We just opened the huge windows of the hotel. It was humid as hell but I rather feel the outside air.
We decided to stay at our hotel today because we are attending the Coach Party at the Soho house today. Which is about to be so much fun and the food is going to be bomb, along with the drinks as well. So right now we are in Palm Spring preparing for this hot ass day.
"You should just wear you hair out and curly today" Taylor told me and I agreed. As my hair dripped down my back I finished putting concealer under my eyes then my nose.
We listened to Brianna soundcloud mix as we got ready. Taylor was sitting on her laptop on the bed. Johanna was eating pepperoni pizza.
"His performance was bomb Teyana!" Brianna said "And the blogs are talking"
"I know and I'm so proud of him" I told them. His happiness has become something that's so important to me because I know he feels the same way. It's that condition in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own.
"Truthfully seeing you glow like this is indescribable; your happiness is so important to me and he really has help with that" Taylor and I smiled as my bottom lip poked out and we "no seriously it's really important to me and this whole situation with J has all made us better people because the people we have met and just everything and we have become a family in the process"
"This is very true" Johanna said "And has brought us closer"
"Aww you guys" I said as I walked over to them and climbed on the bed and we hugged each other. Hugs turned into laying on a each other for a hour on our phones eating the biggest bowl of green grapes. We had time so I wasn't tripping. We all had our makeup done and hair done as well. Well my hair was drying. J called me before we actually started getting up to get ready.
"Hello sir"' I said
"Wassup" he spoke
"Nothing"
"What you doing?" He asked me and I smiled
"Laying down" I said slowly
"What you got on" he questioned and I laughed.
"Nothing but a bonnet" I lied and he scoffed in the phone. I laughed hysterically.
"That's sexy"'he said "you look good with anything and you know that"
"Aww baby" I said but I knew he wanted something "what you want?"
"Can Come today with you before we go to Neon Carnival tonight"
"Let me ask the girls" I said placing the phone down "J wants to come to the Coach party at the Soho House"
They shrugged their shoulders and I took that as a 'I don't care' but it was dry so I got up and walked to the sitting area of the hotel and curled up in the chair.
"I don't think that's a good idea" I told him
"Word?" he said
"Well J we are always together and I haven't had the time to hang with them and I don't want them to feel like I'm doing them dirty because your in my life now"
"Yeah I gotchu and I understand" he spoke "but when we get back your mine for a couple days just mine alright"
"Yes lil baby" I said and I heard him laugh in the phone "I will see you tonight alright"
"Alright" he said and then I walked back from the sitting room and everyone was starting to get ready.
"Yeah he's not coming" I told them
