Chapter 26 - Just want you to understand

Teyana POV

I felt completely uncomfortable as we all sat around and talked. I felt like Grace was staring a hole in my head. I felt her eyes piercing my soul.

"So Teyana how have you been?" Grace said interrupting multiple conservations around the room.

"Good and you?"'I said trying to stay cool but I couldn't shake this feeling.

"Can I talk to you in private for a minute?" She said and I looked over J who looked just as confused.

"Um sure" I said and got up from my seat. I followed her to a room. Then she opened the door for me with a smirk "the last time we were in a room together that didn't go so well"

"Stop being such a pussy and go in" she said and I walked in. I crossed my arms across my chest. I sat down and she sat next to me.

"What do you want?"

"When you seen me you acted like you seen a ghost"

"Because I did, you're looking a little pale" I said and she rolled her eyes.

"Whatever" she spoke "how have you been?"

"Fine why?"

"Just asking" she said leaning back placing the palm of her hands on the bee in the sit and whipping her hair to the side.

Grace and I used to be really good friends, like really good friends. I missed her time to time but it was nothing I could do about that.

"You remember the last time we shared the same air?" She told me biting her lip. I looked down at her. The cropped top she were was cut on the side showing mad side boob. Her sun-kissed honey skin glistened in the light. Her black curly short cut bob swung as she laid back some more. She became so comfortable with making me uncomfortable. She knew what she was doing and it was bothering me. She smiled every time we caught eye contact.

I picked up my phone and began to text Taylor.

"Yeah text Taylor" she laughed and I still did because she needed to know.

I placed my phone on my lap and began to grasp this moment.

"What do you want?" I asked her and she looked over at me.

"Why did we stop being friends?"

"Because you crossed the line" I replied a little annoyed.

"And you crossed that line right with me" she said

I relaxed as she told me why she needed me in her life or our friendship. I reluctantly felt this guilty feeling after she was done.

Even started to have flashbacks about our previous affairs and why we stopped being friends.

"You was the best I ever tasted though" she said snapping me out my thoughts "does he know we used to mess around"

"First of all that was one time and the only time, you told me you wanted to figure out some things in your life, meaning your sexuality so as a friend I helped you" I grew upset

"But you can't tell me you didn't like it" she said looking down at my legs. I crossed them and looked up at her. She placed her hand on my thigh. I looked down at it.

"You remember that night?" I asked her

"Of course" she said "I found something that night and lost a lot, like you and Taylor's friendship that I should of held on to more tightly"
