28 - Beau

I haven't slept for days. I've been away from the company for weeks so syempre marami-rami ang mga kinailangan kong gawin. If it wasn't for my trusty secretary, siguro ay mas nahirapan pa ako ngayon.

Five days straight ako nag overtime just to finish all that I needed to. My absence didn't put the company in danger, pero mas maganda talaga kapag narito ako.

It's been a week since Beau woke up, and he occasionally did as well, pero natutulog kaagad siya. Moving him to a different ward became a longer process because of that. Hindi ko rin siya malapitan kapag gising siya kasi kahit nga mga doktor at nurse ay nahihirapan.

Beau would tremble in fear whenever someone approached him, but that's all that he ever did. Ni hindi man lang siya umiyak o nagsalita.

The doctors asked me kung may sinabi bang kung ano sina Damon sa kanya which would make him scared to speak. I remembered Gerome confessing that they threatened to burn Beau's mouth with a hot rod when he cried hard before we arrived that day.

Sinabihan ako ng mga doktor that Beau needed more professional help. He needs a therapist- a psychiatrist to help him overcome his trauma. It seems that Beau had become unable to speak because of those threats. Thanks to my connections, I found a great psychiatrist that could surely help Beau.

Inaya ko si Blaire isang araw na bumisita kay Beau, it's the weekend at wala akong trabaho, and the doctors told me na pwede na daw siyang bisitahin. Tumalon-talon ang bata sa tuwa dahil makikita niya na raw ang kuya niya. Mabilis ang galaw ni Blaire, in a moment, nakasuot na siya ng plain, simple, white dress. Iyon nga lang at baliktad, kaya pinasuot ko ulit sa kanya ng maayos.

Abby decided to come, sinabihan ko na rin si Ryler kanina, wala naman dito sina Jane and Bea kaya hindi ko sila na-aya. Since Yva had come back here, I told her to come as well, along with Rodriguez. Mom and dad are away on a business trip and ate is still in Hinigaran- because of someone. Lastly, Blaze.

I wore a simple white tshirt with a small print of a cat sa upper right side. Pinaresan ko ng maong shorts at ni-tuck in ang shirt. Abby suddenly had a stomachace kaya sabi niya susunod na lang daw siya.

Blaire accidentally spilled juice on her white dress kaya kinailangan niyang magpalit ng damit. Blaire wore the freshest yellow sundress with a blue ribbon at the waist. She looks very pretty in the dress. Pinaresan niya iyon ng baby blue doll shoes and a small blue backpack.

I carried Blaire to the garage when we finally finished preparing. Although all of us wouldn't be able to see Beau immediately- sa tingin ko ay kaming dalawa lang ni Blaire ang makalapit sa kanya- we decided to go together. Kahit pa kaming dalawa lang ang makita ni Beau, I will tell him that everybody is outside his hospital room. Them being there would make Beau feel so much better, I know for sure.

Naroon na si Blaze nakaupo sa bench sa labas lamang ng garahe- he seems to be waiting for us. Nang naramdaman niya ang presensya naming dalawa. He gave the sweetest smile before hugging us.

"Hello, princess," Blaze kissed Blaire's forehead. Ang kamay niya ay nanatiling nasa beywang ko kaya hindi kk mapigilan ang sarili ko sa pamumula.

When he realized I was blushing, he chuckled, "Pulang-pula, ah."

Blaire looked at us with confusion, "Mommy is mad?" she asks.

I gave a small laugh and shook my head. Mukhang na-misunderstand kami ni Blaire dahil sa mga cartoon na pinapanuod niya, kapag kasi namumula ang isang character ay galit na siya.

"Mommy's not mad, baby... just, ano..." I ran out of words.

Mas lalong humalakhak si Blaze dahil doon, "Mommy is feeling shy- ARAY! 'Bat ka nananapak?" napahawak si Blaze sa ulo niya.
