"I regret all the mistake I did to you," he said, pulling me closer to him, snaking both of his arms around my waist, and burying his face to my neck.
"I'll just wash up," I said, putting my hands to his chest. I pushed him a bit, enough to have space between us.
"Alright," he said, sighing. "I'll just put your bags in the walk-in closet," he added.
"No need. I can do it," I said, stopping him.
"I know you can. But you don't have to because I'm here now. I will do everything for you," he said.
I pouted, stopping myself to smile. "I didn't know you could be this corny," I commented.
"What?" He reacted. "I've been doing everything for you since day one, love."
"Did you?" I teased. "I can't remember. Giving birth made me forget a lot of old memories."
He arched his brow. "Oh, really? Do you want me to remind you how I worship you?"
"Worship? What am I? A goddess?" I chuckled.
"Try me."
I shook my head. ""No need. You're so corny, Claveria," I said and turned my back, ready to go to the bathroom when suddenly, I was lifted from the ground.
"What the hell, Aydan? Put me down!" I told him but he seems to hear nothing. He went straight to our bathroom and put me under the shower.
"What are you doing?" I asked, I was trying to push him away but he was standing so firm that I can't move him even an inch.
"I'll make you remember," he said.
"Remember what?" I chuckle. "Are you nuts?"
But instead of answering, he turned on the shower. Warm water started pouring over us, wetting our fully clothed body.
"Oh, god," I muttered. "This is so stupid, really." I commented. I looked up to Aydan, who was towering over me, to say something but the way he was staring at me stopped me from saying any words.
I gulped. My heart suddenly races.
I don't like this situation.
I sighed, contemplating myself.
"We...we will get sick if we don't get out of the shower now, Aydan," I started.
"It's warm water, Amara. And we won't get sick from showering," Aydan answered.
"Showering while fully clothed? I don't think this is appropriate," I tried to reason out.
Aydan arched his brow then leaned on me, enough to reach my ear. "So, you want us naked?"
"That's not what I meant!" I answered, putting my hand to his chest, trying to push him again but he was still standing so firm.
"Then, what do you want?" He asked, holding my hand from his chest up to his shoulder.
"I want you out here so I can take a shower peacefully," I answered.
"But that's not what I want," he said instead. From my hand, his hand went to my waist, sneaking inside my shirt and giving me a different kind of warm feeling.
"Aydan..." I called and I hate how it sounded!
It sounded like a moan. I sounded like a woman who wants to be laid!
