A/: So close to Fifty!)

Laying down in the bed I felt Jacob's hands around me. I picked up the phone that was next to me and looked at the time. It was ten thirty. My eyes widened remembering I had to be ready for lunch either Vinnie in thirty minutes. I slid out of bed and walked into the closet. I picked out a comfy outfit and put it on. I walked into the bathroom and put my hair up in a bun. I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled then brushed my teeth. For some reason something so simple was so... beautiful to me; maybe I was just having a manic episode but I loved the way I looked.

I looked in the closet for some shoes and found a pair of dunks I liked. I searched for my keys everywhere and couldn't find them. As I stood there puzzled I realized... Jacob likes to drive my car. I bent down next to the bed in the dark; being quiet trying not to wake him up. I opened his nightstand drawer and saw my key sitting in there. I grabbed the key and closed the drawer slowly.

I felt my feet move slowly as I stood up and opened the door. I walked out and closed the door quietly. That's when I turned around and jumped. I was met with a staring Vinnie.

Y/n: Hi, I said confused about why he was in my face.

Vinnie: Hey, he said like he was trying to hide something. Ready to go, he said with his hands in his pockets.

Y/n: Yeah, I said confused about why he was acting like this.

I walked through the back halls with Vinnie as he pulled my hand. For some reason, he wouldn't let us go through the main areas of the house. We got to the car and he took my key. He got in the driver's seat and started the car.

At the restaurant,

As we pulled up paparazzi started taking pictures and videos before we even got out of the car. Vinnie shut the car off and came around the other side opening the door for me. I got out of the car and closed the door. As we walked the paparazzi took pictures of me and videos asking me questions.

Paparazzi: Y/n, you look lovely. Where's Jacob?

Y/n: I don't know I just left this morning for lunch.

Paparazzi: Are you guys still going strong?

Y/n: Yes, we are actually, I said as we continued to walk.

Paparazzi: When's the wedding?

Y/n: A little after the baby's born.

Paparazzi: Ah, yes. Do you know what the baby's name is going to be?

Y/n: Yes, I said about walking into the restaurant.

Paparazzi: Care to share?

Y/n: It's a secret, I said as we walked in and sat down.

I sat there and thought to myself. For some reason getting married to Jacob wasn't something I was looking forward to. I don't know why but it just wasn't.
