As Gulf offered to help Mew with his tie, Mew found himself watching the young man with a sense of wonder. He couldn't quite understand the strong urge he felt to protect Gulf, to ensure that he never slipped away from his sight.

. A voice begged, "Please don't do anything to me, I beg you. I can do whatever you want me to do. I have small children waiting for me."

Person in agonu saw a figure, a man dressed in black, laughing cruelly as he looked down at his helpless prey. "I think it doesn't hurt you that much. Should I stab somewhere else?" The predator's words sent shivers down spine, awakening an unsettling sense of unease.

Flashback: 46 hours before the incident

It had been a week since Gulf started working for Mew. He had adapted to the working environment, though it remained a challenge. The most enigmatic puzzle was his boss, Mew himself. To Gulf, Mew was like an ocean-calm and steady on the surface, but hiding a depth of emotions beneath, making him seem cold and distant.

With these thoughts swirling in his mind, Gulf approached Mew's cabin to hand over some important files. He knocked on the door, and Mew allowed him inside."As you requested, Mr. Suppasit, I've thoroughly verified all the information regarding Cabana Ltd. If you agree, we can send the final notification regarding our collaboration for the upcoming project."Mew, engrossed in his work, nodded. "Certainly, send the agreement on behalf of our company."Gulf continued, "They have arranged a party this weekend and have invited you to attend. It's a crucial gathering."

Mew, still preoccupied with his paperwork, responded, "Hmm, if there's any work scheduled for the weekend, reschedule it for the following day.""Okay, then I'll take my leave," Gulf said and turned towards the door. However, before he could exit, Mew stopped him. "Gulf, you will be joining me this weekend.""But, Mr. Suppasit-""No further arguments," Mew asserted.

"Alright, sir," Gulf replied, somewhat surprised by the sudden decision.Mew softened his tone and said, "Well, come here."Gulf approached hesitantly, wondering why Mew had summoned him. Mew's demeanor was noticeably friendlier, an unusual change from his usual stoicism, as if they were old friends."You made a mistake here," Mew pointed out. "Don't repeat it. Ensure there are no errors in this before sending it." Mew accompanied his advice with a rare friendly smile that caught Gulf off guard.---On Sunday evening, the party hosted by Cabana Ltd. in honor of their collaboration with Suppasit Ltd. took place at the luxurious XXX Star Hotel. The event exuded an air of elegance, with formal yet beautiful decorations that set the tone for the evening.

Mew and Gulf stood out as the most striking figures at the party, commanding everyone's attention. Some ladies even attempted to catch Mew's eye. It was an entirely new experience for Gulf, who felt somewhat out of place in the unfamiliar world of parties.

Sensing Gulf's discomfort, Mew reassured him, "Don't get nervous; it's just a normal party." His words helped ease Gulf's anxiety to some extent.Techno, Mew's childhood friend and a fellow employee, as well as Bozz, their boss, were also in attendance. One of the hosts took the stage to deliver a speech about the details of the collaboration. Towards the end of the speech, he announced, "I would like to welcome the CEO of Suppasit Ltd., Mr. Mew Suppasit, to share a few words."

Gulf felt a surge of tension as he realized that he would be joining Mew on stage for the first time. He was inherently shy by nature, and it showed in his expression. Mew, however, noticed Gulf's unease and offered a reassuring nod. "It's easy. There's nothing to worry about. Just stay calm and follow my lead."Gulf managed a faint smile as he took a deep breath, feeling somewhat reassured by Mew's words.

As they stepped onto the stage, Mew began his speech. Suddenly, something horrifying occurred. An object fell from the upper floors, crashing onto the stage. The gasps of the shocked audience filled the air as they witnessed a body lying on the stage, covered in blood. The force of the fall had caused blood to splatter onto Gulf, who was standing close by. Mew's immediate concern was for Gulf, who appeared severely shocked. Without hesitation, Mew reached out and held Gulf by the waist, preventing him from collapsing.

Techno and Bozz rushed to the stage, their faces filled with concern. "Bozz, take immediate action, stay here and assist them," Mew directed.Bozz nodded, "Alright."Mew then turned to Techno, "I'll take Gulf home."Techno offered, "I can take him home, Mew."However, Mew firmly declined Techno's offer. "No, I will take him home. You should stay and assist your boss."

With Gulf still in his arms, Mew left the hotel and headed towards home. During the drive, he couldn't help but notice Gulf, who remained unconscious from the shock.Upon arriving home, Mew gently placed Gulf on the bed. He removed Gulf's stained shirt and began to wipe away the blood with lukewarm water. As he tended to Gulf, he noticed that Gulf had developed a slight fever. Mew decided to stay by his side the entire night, watching over him with a sense of care and concern that was entirely new and foreign to him.
