By the time Ann made her way to Creel house, it was already dark out. Nancy, Robin, and the others were still here because the car was there, to her relief.

"What's going on in there?" Ann mumbled, looking at the small window at the top of the house, from which she could see light getting brighter form.

It kept on getting brighter and brighter, flickering, before it was dark again.

"Okay- what the fuck?" she whispered, slowly making her way to the front door.

She slowly put her hands on the door handle and twisted it, pushing it open. The house was dark and silent, and Ann walked around the first floor. Looking at all the furniture that was covered in white tarps.

She could hear footsteps from above and Ann headed towards the stairs, climbing them two at the time.

She finally reached the end as exhaled in relief once she spotted them. "Guys!" she said loudly, and everyone in the room screamed, making Ann scream too.

"What the hell is wrong with you!" said Robin, walking past the rest of the people "Jesus, you scared me, are you okay?"

"I'm sorry I couldn't be here earlier, I got dragged to Chrissy's memorial, and I ran into Jason. I left before he could follow me though." She explained as the others walked closer to her. "They're still looking for Eddie. It's only a matter of time before they find him, has anyone heard from him?"

"Nancy talked to him this morning, he asked for food and some beer but for a guy who witnessed a brutal murder and then was forced to hide, he's as okay as it gets." Dustin quipped from beside Nancy, who nodded in agreement.

"Okay, so what's the plan now?" Ann asked everyone

"We're calling it for tonight. Driving around this late in such a big group could be suspicious and we don't want to attract any more attention than what's necessary." Steve explained. "You have my car, right? We'll split up and go change out of our clothes and meet back up at my place to rest, tomorrow morning we'll go see Eddie." Steve said, catching the keys Ann had just thrown at him at the mention of the car.

"That sound perfect to me." Replied Ann, and the group made their way to the two cars outside.

"Max and Lucas can come with me. My clothes can fit Max and I'm sure Lucas can find something of Mike's to wear, so we don't have to stop back to multiple places." Nancy proposed, unlocking her car.

"Dustin, robin and Ann, you guys are with me." Exclaimed Steve. "Meet us back at mine as soon as you can, Nance."

Everyone split up, and Ann got into Steve's backseat with Dustin, who smiled at her. "when's the last time you've slept?" he asked her, attaching his seatbelt

"Uh, not too sure." She replied, closing her eyes. "Steve, we don't need to go to my house, by the way. I have spare clothes from when I went back at mine earlier today."

"Alright," acquiesced Steve, going back to his conversation with Robin.

"Wake me up when we have to get out of the car, will you?" Ann asked Dustin, and the boy hummed in agreement.
