Summary: the avengers go after spiderman (bc fury said so for whatever reason) and spiderman is still kind to 'em. But even after that the avengers are forced to do something terrible.

No one's pov

Spiderman sat on some rooftop, resting after patrolling for almost a whole day. He had free from school because of easter and he had nothing better to do.

Suddenly he feels a familiar tingle on his spine. Not the 'MOVE' kind, but more like 'someone is here'. So he stood up and turned around catiously.

"Awh man, there goes the surprise effect." The famous voice of the billionaire Tony Stark speaks as he comes out of his hiding spot.

Internally, Peter was freaking out because his idol stood before him, but Peter knew it wasn't to chitchat. He thought for a second before responding. 'Should I make my voice deeper? No idiot you already have a voice modulator! Oh yeah, okay let's do this!'

"You can't be good at everything, like me, tin can." Tony scoffs. "Don't sass me young man."

"I do what I want, now, are we going to keep chitchatting like this is your mommy's bookclub, or are we gonna get to the point?" (Strangerthings hehe, stan erica)

Stark seemed speechless for a second, but quickly composed himself. He was about to answer, but Peter continued. "And tell those damn teammates of yours I know they're here."

"You're gonna come with us. If you refuse, we will use force." Stark said it like he had to read it from a paper. "I... refuse, obviously."

Spiderman immediatly ducked after speaking, dodging the vibranium shield. "Woah! Not so nice!" He quipped and he shot a web at the hero's feet.

The hero slid to the ground on his back and Peter was quick to web him there. "Woah that actually worked? I searched on the internet about you once, because I had a project about you, and it said to always go for your feet. I think that website was made by hydra or something because they didn't seem to like you. But anyways, it came in usefull, I got an A. This was way earlier in my life by the way. Gosh I wish I was back in school, it was way easier being a student than being a teacher." He rambled while fighting Ironman and Blackwidow off.

The teacher part was lied, duh, but he had to fix his fault about telling them about his school project.

When he finally got blackwidow to the ground, webbed up, he already had multiple cuts and bruises, wich sucked.

"Don't give us such a hard time man." Ironman says while ripping a web of his suit. "No can do!" Peter yells happily.

He was distracted by the talking and one of Stark's beams came at him. He was too late to dodge it and got thrown to the ground, he made a small dent on the rooftop by the impact.

On his left shoulder was his suit burned away, revealing his red skin beneath it. He quickly got up and groaned a bit in agony. Ironman was distracted by looking at the younger hero's wound in horror and Spiderman tackled him with a web and webbed him to the ground.

After he had checked for any knifes in Black widow's pockets and checked the webs, he let the black spots in his vision take over and fell to the ground infront of the 3 heroes.

The heroes looked at him worriedly and began yelling his name for him to wake up. Tony had tried in all his power to get out of the webs to help the hero, but the webs only got tighter.
