Peter had been so incredibly excited to fight alongside mr. Stark, but as he sat at the airport with a warning tingle running down his spine, he wasn't anymore. No one had come to get him and right now he was alone at the airport with a few people of Cap's team.

Mr. Stark hadn't come back.

And Peter knew, judging by his spidey sense, that the people approaching right now weren't mr. Stark either. First came a man in a neat suit. He had a thick, faded brown mustache and his graying hair was slicked back, which wasn't really flattering for his rather big, wrinkled forehead. Behind him marched a dozen soldiers dressed in black tactical gear.

Peter wondered what they were doing here and why the soldiers were approaching Cap's teammates, but he didn't have a lot of time to think before his spidey sense suddenly went off and he felt a sharp prick in his neck.

The last thing he saw were the mustache man's shining shoes before the world went black.

When Peter awoke, his ribs were aching from the lumpy mattress he was laid on. As he slowly blinked his eyes open, wary of the bright lights, he remembered what had happened and was concerned when he noticed his Spiderman suit had been replaced with a grey, tight shirt layered under a blue, looser shirt with matching blue pants. Just as he was thinking that it reminded him of a prisoners outfit, he noticed his surroundings.

He was in a prison.

The room he was in didn't have a door, just a big, glass panel protected by typical metal bars. His room was also empty save for the lumpy bed and a small desk. Taking a few deep breaths to calm down, he noticed there was a strain on his neck, but just as he brought his hands up to feel around the thick collar seated around it, a door outside of his cell went open.

Just then, Peter noticed the other prisoners. The Falcon, Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye and the small turned big guy were all there. The Scarlet Witch was heavily restrained and seemed to also have a collar around her neck.

Peter turned his attention back to the door that had just opened, out of which stepped the man with the mustache and big forehead. "Good afternoon, everyone. For the people who don't know yet," The man shot a look toward Peter, "I am Thaddeus Ross, and you're in the Raft. A highly secure prison for dangerous criminals and enhanced individuals. For the two with a collar, it dampens your powers and is able to shock you if you misbehave."

Without another word, the man, Ross, left. "How the hell did you get here, kid?" Peter suddenly heard from his left. He turned and saw the Falcon looking at him with a concerned gaze. "Oh, uhm. I'm not sure. I guess I'm Spiderman?" Peter shrugged, struggling to keep a tremble out of his voice. He had a collar on that could shock him. What the fuck. He was scared out of his mind, but he wasn't gonna let that show.

"No way. You're a baby." Hawkeye joined the conversation. "Am not." Peter said back, rolling his eyes. They continued bickering jokingly, and Peter recognized the attempt to lighten the mood.

Peter was grateful, but couldn't force away the feeling of betrayal and grief. Betrayal for mr. Stark, who had promised Peter that the man would look out for him and get him back to his aunt, but instead left him on that airport to get arrested. And grief, for the fact that he may never be able to see aunt May again.

Peter didn't have a single bite from the plain dinner served to his cell that evening, and instead quietly cried himself to sleep.

Tony was tired, worried, angry, busy, stressed and sore, but he knew he needed to find Rogers and Barnes. But he had no idea where they were, so he found himself at the Raft. He absolutely despised the place, but he had no other choice. He needed to talk to Sam or Barton.

So he walked in there with purpose, only for his confident demeanor to falter as he spotted a head with full, brown curls in one of the cells. His heart clenched in his chest painfully as he finally remembered the teenage boy he had brought to Germany with him for the first time in days.

But how the hell had the boy ended up here?

Peter seemed to have noticed someone entered the room and lazily looked up from where he had been sitting on his bed. The collar on the boy's pale neck made Tony's blood boil.

"Mr. Stark?"

"Kid- What are you doing here? How'd you get here?" Tony asked, wincing as he noticed Peter close to tears. "I don't know, I'm sorry, sir. I was waiting at the airport like you told me to and then I must have passed out because then I woke up here. I'm sorry, sir." The boy said, voice wobbly.

"Don't be. I'm getting you out."

-

And he did. He did get Peter out. He could only think about how he had abandoned the boy as said boy thanked him profusely, but he didn't bring it up, he didn't even apologize. He needed to stay far, far away from the innocent teen, before he could ruin him even further.
