Peter wanted to rip him apart, beat the shit out of him and watch him bleed out painfully and slowly. Peter wanted to hold him underwater until he couldn't breathe, force the life out of him. Torture him just enough to keep him alive, then starve him to death. Make him watch everyone he loves die.
Peter wanted revenge.
For everything he's done.
For everyone he let die.
Peter has to keep himself from punching the mirror until it shatters in a thousand bloodied pieces.
When he looks in the mirror, the only thing he sees is the mother's eyes when he came out of that building without her child.
The glass shatters, blood spatters fly everywhere and Peter collapses to the ground.
When he came out of that building alive, without her child.
