I hope this one is good, but I'm not too sure about the ending. I hope you like it :)

You'd practically forgotten him at this point, that one friend that you remembered so fondly, yet so faintly. It was only when your other friend introduced you to his son that you remembered how nice he was to you. He'd been missing for ages, that robot that cared for you in a way you could only remember. Oh, how you longed for that care, that feeling... that love back.

Ever since Momo introduced you to Doc's son, Seamus, you insisted that you would take care of him, as he was the only remaining thing you had of Doc. You couldn't exactly comprehend how the whole 'Son' thing worked, as robots can't exactly reproduce, so you didn't question it. But, Seamus wasn't happy with someone he'd hardly met practically living in his house. It was only until you explained your relationship with his father, that he began to warm up to you. Slowly but surely. And you warmed up to him too.

One night was different, though. Tonight was going to be different, and it started when Seamus didn't get back home from the bar at the right time. You were anxiously watching the clocks, waiting for the son of the bot you loved to come back. It felt as though you were a mother to him at times, as you helped him through some emotional things, made him his RAMen and other things. So, with this new maternal instinct, you decided to go and look for your 'son'.

A while later, you found him near the exit to the Slums, hanging around the door. This was definitely not where yiu thought you'd find him, but, on the plus side, he's not hurt or anything.

"Seamus!! What are you doing here? You know its dangerous to lurk around town when you've just been to the bar." You scolded him. Woah, you really felt like your mother figure side came out there.

"Hey, I'm alright!! Calm down! See? No injuries. But... A little orange thing with a drone friend said that they could get Papa back."

"... What? Are you drunk?? No offense, but I highly doubt your father is even still out there. He's been out there for years. You think he'll come back no-"

CRASH.

The door to the Exit was violently swung open and everyone in the surrounding area jumped at the sound. There was a figure at the door who was oddly familiar. The smoke passed and it was... No... It couldn't be...

"Doc?!" You exclamed

"Papa?!" Seamus yelled at the same time.

Seamus approached the figure first, obviously hesitant but eager to see if he still remembered his son.

There was a long pause, followed by Doc pulling Seamus into a tight hug. Things were obviously getting extremely emotional, and you tried to refrain from bursting out in tears, but it was just so wonderful to see a father and son reunited after so long. After the hug, Doc turned to you and grabbed your hand and gripped it tightly in his, entwining your fingers together.

"Y/n... Ive missed you so much." He whispered, a hint of regret and sadness in his voice.

"I missed you too. You were gone for too long, and the chance of you coming back after so long was... Impossible. But I am so so glad that you're finally back."

He cupped part of your face with his free hand, yet unable to physically feel the smooth cheek being dampened by tears.

"Y/n, I never got the chance to tell you something. I was so wrapped up in my machine that i forgot how I'd felt. Well... I love you."

That was all you had to hear. Without hesitation, you bounded into his arms, tears of joy spilling down your face like rain. You couldn't express how much those words meant to you. "Oh, Doc, I love you too!"

"So my temporary mom is now my proper mom now? Cool!" Seamus interjected, obviously pleased about the whole thing.

"So does this make us one big happy family?" You questioned.

"I suppose its not huge, but its still wonderful." Doc replied, still happy to see the love of his life and his incredible son again.
