Doc x reader - Confession

Ok, so this one definitely isn't my best, so I'm sorry about that. It also has a bit of sad in it, so be warned. Anyways, I hope you like it.

"Phew! Another successful working day." You sighed. You'd finally found some form of work in the Slums in Computing, so you were out of your apartment for a while. But, you enjoyed your job and the pay was good, so you felt successful. Plus, it wasn't too far from your block, so that was even better! Soon, you were back home. You pulled out your keys and unlocked the door, completely oblivious as to what greeted you.

"Doc??! What are you doing here?? Even more important, how did you get in??" He turned around to show his face. His eyes were red and puffy, as if he had been crying. "Are... You ok??"

"Uh... I-I just had a little fight is all... With Seamus." He sniffled, as you sat on the sofa.

"Do you wanna talk about it?" He nodded and proceeded to discuss the events that had occurred. It didn't take long for him to burst into tears again, so you pulled him into a tight hug.

"Shh, it's alright. I can remember having fights with people all the time. These things happen, okay? Everything is going to be alright, Doc."

"But what if he hates me now? What if I'm a bad father to him now? Oh, why does everything I do have to mess up..."

"Not everything messes up, we just have those moments. And, I can tell for a fact that he still sees you as a great dad. He couldn't hate you. Maybe, when you have the time, you can go and apologise to him?"

"Yeah... I will. Thank you, y/n."

"I'm always here to help, Doc."

"I uhmm... Have something to say to you, y/n."

"Oh really? What is it?"

"I... I love you. I've had feelings for you since I first saw you. Just the way you are so nice to me makes me feel like I'm in heaven. And, to tell the truth, I feel like I can't do this alone. I need someone else who I care about deeply to help me with this, so... Will you... Be mine?"

"Of course I will, Doc. I love you too, and I will definitely help with your problem, ok?"
