"Would you like to attend some blind date?" Gulat kaming napalingon kay Kuya Creed.

"What are you talking about, Creed" kunot noong tanong ni Kuya Leon.

"I'm just curious if Brielle want to meet this guy"

"Dad will beat the hell out of her if he hears she's going on a blind date" Kuya hezekiah said.

Kuya creed smiled. "I already asked him and he said yes"

What? Did daddy really say yes?

"What do you think, Brielle? I promise he's a good guy"

I'm not really into blind dates, but if Kuya Creed asked me to come then I have no choice but to go.

"Sige po"

Hinampas ako sa balikat ni Kuya Leon, mahina lang naman.

"Sigurado kaba?"

I nod my head. "Kailan po ba?"

"Mamayang dinner"

I found myself sitting in the chair, waiting for the guy to show up.

I'm 10 minutes early, hinatid ako ni Kuya Leon and I'm telling you he's looking out somewhere. Baka daw kasi masamang tao yung lalaki, hindi ko tuloy maiwasan na hindi matawa.

"Hi"

I looked back and my jaw literally dropped when I saw who's standing in front of me.

"Alexander?"

"OMG! It was you?" Tuwang tuwang sambit ko.

He chuckled and sat in front of me. "Hi, I'm Alexander Babel, and you are?" Natatawa pa ito habang nagsasalita.

Inilahad niya ang kanyang kamay sa harapan ko at naka ngiti ko naman iyong tinanggap.

"Hello! I'm Brielle Taleigha Mondragon, nice meeting you"

Who would have thought I would end up meeting Alexander in a situation like this.

I mean,

"When I heard it was you who I'm meeting to. I was really so excited because I know you'll be surprise to see me"

I raised my eyebrow. "So, you're into blind dates talaga?"

He chuckled. "No, it was my first time. Dad just asked me for a favor"

"So, what would you like to eat?"

I looked at the Menu and saw some pasta so I chose it.

"I'll have aglio e olio. How about you? You can order everything, it's my treat"

He raised his eyebrow. "As if I will let you do that. It's our first date, so I'm supposed to pay everything"

Right, I forgot, they wouldn't even let us pay for what we ate when we went out last time.

"Want to take a walk after we ate?"

I nod my head. I'm really glad it was Alexander. I don't need to feel anxious.

After namin kumain, lumabas kami ni Alexander at naglalakad lakad. It was kinda cold, ang nipis pa naman ng suot ko.

"Are you cold?"

Umiling ako. "I'm not"

"You're not a good liar, Brielle" Natatawang sambit nito.

Hinubad nya ang suot nyang suit at inilagay sa balikat ko.

"Aren't you cold?"

He convulsed his head. "I'm not"

"You didn't get to play because of what happened last time"
