Lea's P.O.V.:

"But, wait! I have plans? What do you mean?" I asked confused. Alice opened her mouth to say something but my phone started to ring. That's weird. I looked at Alice and saw she had a huge grin on her face. What has gotten into that girl?
I grabbed my phone and picked up.

"Hello?"

"H-hello, Lea?" A male voice said on the other line. It sounded familiar, but I couldn't really place it.

"Erm, yes, this is she."

"It's Ed, from school."

"Oh! Of course! Hey Ed! Wait. How did you get my number?"

Little note: Alice's grin is plastered on her face. It won't come off.

"Your, erm, sister gave it to me earlier."

"Earlier? Wait," I turned to Alice, "is this what you meant that I had plans," I said to her and she nodded eagerly.

"Yeah, I ran into her at the shop earlier and I accidentally thought she was you," he explained.

Right, that explains it all.

"A-anyway, I called because, erm, I wondered if you'd, erm, like to go on a date with me tonight," he said and I think I could hear him shy away.

I bit my lip and blushed a little, thanking God he couldn't see me, "I'd love to, Ed," I blushed.

"Really? Oh that's so amazing, thank you, Lea! I'll pick you up around 7?" He suggested.

"Sounds great, I'll be ready," I said.

"Great, I'll see you tonight then," he said.

"See you tonight," and with that we hung up.

I looked at Alice. "You sly fox!" I laughed and tackled her on the bed tickling her.

"I'm sorry, but he really likes you!!" She laughed, trying to push my hands away so I would stop tickling her. So I did as soon as she said 'likes you'. Wait. What?

"He likes me?"

"Of course he does. He came up to me and he was like 'Hey, Lea, how are you? I thought you were with David.' and when he say that, my face fell, because Ew David. Then I asked if he likes you and he was like 'noooooo' so I knew he was lying. He totally likes you so I told him he had to call you and ask you out," Alice said without taking a breath.

"Oh, wow. Okay, that's a lot of information to take in," I giggled, "and that's why you bought these clothes," I realised.

"Yeah and you have to wear it now, because he'll be here in 2 hours and I need to work my magic on you," she said.

I did as she told me and got dressed. She pushed me down on one of the chairs and did my hair and make up. I looked in the mirror after she finished and I looked really good.

"You should be a make up artist, Alice. This is amazing," I complimented and gave her a hug. She hugged back and the doorbell rang.

Let the date begin.
