Lea's P.O.V.:
"Which reminds me! We're going back to the stable and get Ben's phone number for you," I grinned. Alice instantly flushed red and headed upstairs to change. I giggled.
"So, tell me more about this guy you were with," mum said. "Oh, I don't know where to begin! He's amazing! He took my to my favourite restaurant and then we went for a walk and we danced and he kissed me," I blushed. My mum was shrieking and squealing and basically fangirling. "But it was different, I felt electricity run through my body the whole time," I added. Mum's face lit up. What did I say? "Honey! You found the one!" She exclaimed. The what now?
"You felt electricity! You can't feel that very often! Oh honey, I'm so happy for you!"
At that moment Alice came downstairs and she looked absolutely beautiful. I was a little jealous of her to be honest. My phone beeped signalling I had a message:
See you Saturday, princess ♥
This message made me grin like an idiot. I looked at Alice. "You look absolutely stunning. Ben will be drooling all over you," I grinned. I grabbed my bag and we headed out back to the stable. Luckily, Ben was there.
"Hey Lea, Hey Alice!" He greeted us. I grinned, "Well hello, Ben," I laughed.
"How are you girls on this fine morning?" He asked politely. "Oh, we're jolly fine, how about you?" I asked back.
"I'm great thanks. Are you here to go horseback riding again?" He chuckled.
"No, actually, I was wondering something," I started and looked over at Alice who was now turning red as a tomato. I giggled, "Alice here is pretty interested in you, and I was wondering if she could have your number so you two can date and... well.. you know," I giggled.
"You were wondering or was she?" he chuckled, "but yeah, sure, two seconds."
He grabbed a napkin and a pen and wrote his number down. He gave it to Alice, "How about I pick you up around 7 tonight, and we can go out?" he said and scratched his neck nervously. Aww how cute was this?
"That sounds great, I'll be sure I'm ready," she blushed. I grinned like an idiot, "this is so exciting! And we should double date, because I mean, that's a must!" I squealed.
Alice and I left and headed to McDonalds to get something to eat. We grabbed our food and sat down at in a booth. We started eating and Alice kept rambling on about what to wear. I rolled my eyes and shoved some fries in her mouth to shut her up.
"Geez, Alice, you're worse than I am! You can borrow my clothes if you want. I have some dresses that are date-worthy. Maybe you can try those. I'll do your hair and make up like you did mine," I said and smiled.
She smiled and thanked me. Suddenly someone plopped down next to me. "Hello, lovely," the voice said. I looked at the guy and saw it was Ed. I giggled. "Hey, handsome," I said.
"Ah, so you're the famous Ed," Alice grinned. "Oh, I'm famous?" he grinned.
"Alice, what are you talking about? You gave Ed my number so he could call me, remember?" I giggled. "I know, but still," Alice said. I rolled my eyes playfully at her.
"Well, I have to go again, I just dropped by to say hello," he said and kissed my cheek. "I'll see you Saturday, beautiful, and Alice it was great seeing you again," he said and left.
I giggled and looked at Alice.
"Let's get you ready for that date."
