All the 5 candidates have come... There is only one female candidate n all other 4 are male .... they all are waiting in the waiting area for their turn ....

All 5 say yes...
Z:- ok ..one by one each candidate will be called... Be ready with your documents n presentation.. Best of luck to all ..n she goes away...
Pallavi is quite nervous ...not bcoz of interview but bcoz of ghamndi rao ..
All 4 men are looking at her from top to bottom....
P:- notices this ...n feels uncomfortable.....
One by one all the 4 men were called...
Their interview finished in less than 30mins....
Pallavi notices that after coming from interview room every man face was down n disturbed ...she asks one man how was the interview...
M:- bhut hi bekar ...the interviewer is so strict, n he is asking very tricky question ...mera to selection nahi hone wala h.
Now it's pallavi's turn..
She knocks the door.. n asks may i come in sir
Raghav :-come in...
Pallavi comes in n notices raghav is busy in looking at some documents...
After few minutes raghav looks at her n gets shocked he checkouts her from top to bottom ....
R:- tum yaha kya kar raha h...mai bola tha na mera samne mat ana aur tum yaha pe aa gya
P:- shows him call letter for interview ...n says mjhe shortlist kiya gya h ... isiliye mai yaha aayi hu
R:- for a moment becomes confused n thinks ye saree shop pe kaam karne wali ko mera team kaisa shortlist kar sakta h ... N says jao tum yaha se mere ko tumhara interview nahi lene ka h...waisa bhi tumhara dukan ka halat dekh k itna to mai smjh gaya h ki tumko business ka B bhi nahin ata hoga....now get out..
P:- mjhe yaha meri qualification k basis pe bulaya gaya h....aap interview liye bina kaise judge kar sakte h ki mai eligible hu es post k liye ya nahi ..
R:-tum mere ko batayega ki kya karna h mere ko ...tumko to Mai es Hyderabad se bahar nikal dega....aur tum mera company me kaam karne ka sapna dekh raha h ..
P:- i was just telling u the fact ...it's ur call whether u want to loose an eligible candidate or not....n she started moving out of the room
R:- thinks ye achha mauka h esko sabak seekhane ka ..n he says stop...
P:- stops
R:- thik h Mai tumko chance deta h...ab tum yaha aa hi gaya h to le leta h mai tumahara bhi interview..
P:- turns back n comes close to table ...
R:- have a sit miss pallavi Deshmukh...

P:- yes sir
R:- tumko pata h tumse pehla jo 4 log aaye the sabka pas minimum 2yrs ka experience h...to mai unka jagah pe tumko kaiko ko consider kare
P:- aise to aapne bhi kabhi na bhi first time shuruwat ki hogi ....aap hmesa se hi to experienced nahi hoge na.. per aaj aap ek successful businessman h .. so it's not about being fresher or experienced it's all about talent & smart work...in which I think I can do well...
